I dined in for the first time in 5 years. As usual fast, friendly service. Hot tasty food. Although my sandwich was smaller than in the past, it was still good. Dining area is constantly being cleaned. I felt comfortable inside.

Drive thru. Minimal wait time. Cobb salad with herb and garden dressing. Always fresh! No pup cups so the chick-fil-a employee suggested a single serving ice cream cup. And I received 2 spoons in the bag. Nice, sweet touch.

What to say about Chick-Fil-A. This location is just like every other one I have every been to.

From the amazing customer service to the relaxing atmosphere, you can not go wrong with Chick-Fil-A. On top don all of that, the food is undeniably delicious and unforgettable.

Whether it’s eating inside or going through the drive thru, you can not top this experience anywhere.

Everyone knows how amazing this establishment is as a whole but this location is absolutely amazing! I always get fast a friendly service inside and outside in the drive thru! I love that they under the TikTok trends and don’t get upset or judge people if they want to try weird combinations of foods. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Please Please Please, when I order a LARGE FRY, I'm ordering it because I desired a large portion of Fries and I expect a generous portion from Chick-fil-A! Generosity is part of your brand! The fries should be over flowing! Five stars because Chick-fil-A deserves 5 stars every time!

Picked up a mobile order from Chick Fil A Winterpock today.
Staff were expedient and efficient in directing cars to one of two lanes to handle the lunch influx.
The chicken noodle soup was hot and had great flavor. Waffle fries had just the right amount of salt and flavor.
As always the staff were kind and a pleasure to interact with.
Definitely recommend Chick Fil A Winterpock, Virginia.

What can I say that you haven't heard a million times about Chick-fil-A??? They were extremely busy... Yet all the staff was extremely friendly and professional... And the food came out fast... And it tasted amazing... I sound like a spokesman for them hehe .

The new "two lane" drive thru really works. There was almost no line at lunch time.

But that could also be because they closed the store for weeks and nobody knows they've reopened.

I don't even know what the remodel did to be honest. The "second lane" in the drive thru is just rerouting cars to the parking lot in a makeshift "lane" defined by cones.

We arrived in the drive through during peak lunchtime hours. Our relatively large order was quickly taken, and the line moved quickly and orderly enough. Because our order was larger, we were asked to park in a spot to allow the drive through line to continue efficiently. Our meals arrived shortly thereafter, and everything was accurate and delicious!

This is a pretty typical experience for this location.

Last minute decision to stop because I was in a different city and wasn't able to eat breakfast before I left home.
Never a disappointment, the food is great however it's always the customer service that keeps me coming back. Thank you! I wish I had taken a picture of my market salad, however it was too good to stop and even consider it. 😁😁

Concerning service, they are untouchable. They are always crowded, which is due to their great service.

The best mornings I have start with the smiles and friendly service from Chick-fil-A at Winterpock. Ms.Tiffany and Ms.Diane are the sweetest ladies and truly exemplify what superior customer service is all about. Both Franks are great guys and lead a stellar team. So thankful my go to Chick-fil-A is the best!!!
