The Home Depot

I searched all over the richmond area for this skeleton and they were so nice on customer service before I got there when I called and when I got there they pulled it down. So far it was the best experience I've had all day in the richmond area calling for this guy. They were so pleasant.

Today was a pretty productive day in my favorite home store, lol. Priced a few items for my newly delivered shed for assembly. Looking forward to securing things soon once I find an contractor l am pricing a new kitchen for next year if possible.

i had to get it custom made and he went over everything with me and was warm, patient and super knowledgeable on so many things!

Overall, he was so nice and he helped me through it all, even with some other little home projects i had to do, so i would def buy another door there from him and i would trust his advice about other home projects.

Great staff. I really wish I had gotten the name of the young lady who helped me at the self checkout. She's was knowledgeable, kind, and courteous.

I love Home Depot. I love Lowes too but this is about Home Depot so Lowes...time to take a back seat.

Soooooooo...I went to Home Depot and got the best deal ever on a sump pump for my home. The sump pump came with a list of plumbing companies that did free quotes on the installation. After being contacted by a few scamming plumbing companies, I had the perfect company contact me.

Now...as for Home Depot, the clerk at the front desk provided excellent customer service. I've only visited this location a handful of times but I can say they're always helpful. Lowes, take notes 🤣 Okay okay, you guys enjoy and let em know that good ol AL sent you 😁

this home depot is conveniently located across the street from my apartment. i’ve never really needed too much assistance but this review is to highlight how amazing Jamie was at checkout! i needed minimal help but she surely put a smile on my face. Keep being a light Jamie!

Outstanding. Store is clean and organized. Shelves are fully stocked. Great selection. Employees are always friendly. Grace and Holly have been so helpful at the customer service desk several times. Why do people even go to Lowe's any more?

I have a pretty big paint job going on at the house and was a little overwhelmed with so many colors and options. My wife and I were at the paint area just looking around, when Steve in the paint department came over with a lot of knowledge and ideas. He showed my wife and I how to use the paint visualizer to get a better idea how a color may look in a room. He also gave us a clear and precise rundown of the finishes and brands best for our project. We chatted some and was thankful for his assistance. We came back the next day (Sunday) to get the paint mixed and purchased what we needed to get the project started.
Today (Wednesday) our painters let us know that they needed more paint to finish the desired rooms today. My wife was in a meeting and I had been logged off for lunch for a little while. Time was a little issue so I called the paint department to see if I could expedite the paint mixing process. I spoke with Savannah and let her know what I needed. She took the paint codes over the phone and partnered with Steve and got it knocked out by the time I got there. I had to run back to my car and by my return, Steve and Savannah had loaded my cart with the 5 gallon bucket and the 3 other gallons I needed. I want to say they both did a great job in displaying urgency, excellent customer service and a willingness to help. Please share this review with them as I'm very pleased at the service they gave me.

My husband Robert & I had the best experience here because of the outstanding customer service from
Jim G. He answered our many questions concerning the Toro zero turn! He also made sure he had one available & stuck with us patiently while we got a trailer, then helped us load it etc…He truly is a great guy, very knowledgeable & personable too! Home Depot is lucky to have him. He’s the reason we drive up to get our zero turn mower!

Vater in tool and truck rental is literally the best guy in the world. Ask for him and he’ll take care of you. Best part about this Home Depot.

This place is making it hard for me to stay loyal to Lowes. Service is so much much much better here. I just do not know where stuff is yet. No fault to them. Eric and hardware super helpful.

Visited here on a mission to take advantage of the sale on a new washer and dryer set and refrigerator. Was greeted with no hesitation by Brian who was very helpful in locating the items in question, providing great news that the items were all in stock for purchase, and provided a smooth checkout when placing my orders and delivery, was very thorough explaining next steps and follow up instructions. Brian was very warming, welcoming, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and just made the visit here pleasant. Looking forward to more new home projects to come and with such great customer service provided by Brian, with no second thought, will visit this location again. Thanks Brian for all that you did! I was able to leave with the feeling of "mission accomplished". Stress and worry free.

This review is for a great associate that works at this location and her name is Elaine! She was working in the Tools department when I visited the store. She showed great customer care and knew her products. Before she assisted me, I observed her assisting another customer Full Out. She took her time to ensure we got the products we needed. I needed a tool set for a new home, she took me to the product, gave information about it, and asked what else I needed. I ended up buying a drill after she shared information and showed different selections. She was a joy to talk to and it shows she likes her job. My visit was pleasant. Thanks Elaine!

I get here more than I need to. Lol but I can always find everything I’m looking for today. I took my golden doodle with me, and he really enjoyed the tour of the building.

Just had the best experience ever in a store, I purchased three replacement windows and had an issue with two of them. I went back in to talk about the issues and came away happy. The manager exceeded my expectations, and was very happy in the process. What a breath of fresh air in this day and age. I'll drive by the "other" store from now on to get to Home Depot. Thanks!
