Ok service

Needed a watch battery, and they had it in stock. Can't say much other than that. The inside of the store felt a little dark and off, but that could be just me.

Dirty store front. Bird droppings everywhere. I can’t imagine this is healthy—at a pharmacy no less…

The Pharmacy needs serious help. Initially I called twice and was on hold for 12 min and then went to voice mail. This happened twice. Then I drive to the pharmacy and the drive through has a we are closed sign when it’s clearly during pharmacy hours. I walked in and it was barely busy. Two customers. Not sure why the staff can’t answer phones or have someone available in the drive through

Plan on waiting forever if it’s on the phone, drive through or just standing in line. You will wait a long time! If there is an issue with your prescription due to insurance or any other issue they will let it sit unless you continually follow up. I’ve been waiting almost a month now for two of them. Will be switching to another pharmacy today.
Find another pharmacy!!

Horrible customer service at this location, especially the pharmacy! Staff is poorly trained and they auto-filled a prescription for my mom that her doctor had discontinued months ago! Thank goodness I knew she was no longer taking the medication. I shudder to think what could have happened!

Not one to write negative reviews, but the people that work at this pharmacy are rude and idiotic. They have a distain for their customers and it shows. I don't mind the wait times. These people don't want you to be there. They get paid the same regardless and are happy to let you know that.

I had to give 1 star but that's as good as it gets. Walgreens is up the street with a little better experience.

Fix your automated messaging system. Can't get a hold of anyone.
