Lowe's Home Improvement

Good place to shop the staff are very nice and polite. The paint department is pretty is good a variety of paints colors ,and they can match a color if you have a paint sample which is called a chip. I like this place it's nice to go to a business that is efficient and puts the customers first.

My favorite home improvement store. It's always very clean. Staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. You don't have to hunt them down like you would do at other stores like The Home Depot.
If you are looking for something definitely. This is the store to visit and get some knowledge just talk to them. People that work here and they will school you on anything you need to be schooled on

This place is huge. Luckily staff wasn't hard to find and they took me right to what I needed. They opened a second register promptly when the line built up. Gorgeous plants outside!

Lowe's is the best! The person in Lighting not only answered my question, but saved me tons of money on ceiling fans on clearance. I only really needed one, but gladly bought 2. Hey manager, please give the mature male employee a raise. He knows who I'm talking about. 👍

Jenny in the Garden area is OVER THE TOP AMAZING and a STAR employee for Lowes. Jenny should TRAIN all LOWES employees on customer service.Jenny always goes over and beyond for every customer and she makes every customer feel like they are getting special attention all the while as a Cashier she keeps the line moving. Jenny is exceptional and needs to be commended on how great she is as a representative for LOWES. Jenny actually cares about the customer and making sure they get what they came in for and she has fantastic recommendations as well.I have managed Big Box Retail for over 30 years and I know a GREAT employee when I see one and Jenny is everything you want as an employee that deals with customers and their needs. PLEASE COMMEND JENNY and let her know how appreciative I am of her exceptional service that helped me gather the perfect flowers and plants for my best friends funeral.

this location is amazing especially the flooring department and all of the other friendly staff. i’ve never had a better experience at a hardware store. i spoke with Loren on the phone and Armando on site amazing help. Timothy and many other guys helped us load our floor very efficiently. will return for other needs!!

This is my go-to place for all my needs both at work or at home. The selection is really good and the store is always kept clean and organized. I have always had an excellent and professional experience with each interaction I had with any staff member I've encountered. I love the community support from this store. They really understand the heartbeat of their local community.

Another update... Lumber helped me today and cut some wood for me. They were very kind and super helpful. Also the front workers at self check out on my last few experiences have been helpful with aby question and/or just pleasant interactions. I can see a complete turnaround at the store. So glad!!

I'm updating my original review. I've given them another shot and my order was ready before I got there, no wait, and employees very nice. Still will take a few more experiences tk get 4-5 stars though..

Curbside pickup at this location is a joke. 1st attempt they left all 6 bags of mulch out of my trunk. Got home and had to come back to wait another 30 minutes to get them loaded. 2nd attempt of curbside pickup waited over 30minutes for someone to load mt car and over 10minutes on the phone holding to speak to someone on the phone.
People are nice once you do get help only reason they gor 2 stars vs only 1.
Wish I lived closer to another location, or management hired more help, or schedule curbside pickup better..

Update; 8.28.22 Needed advice on what product to get, found an associate in the next aisle who helped me greatly. Changing my rating to 5 stars. Still think patio furniture & outdoor decor is overpriced, wish it were more affordable.

Nice selection, similar to Home Depot, competitive pricing. Hard to find someone to help when we needed to ask a question. Large, free parking lot.

Helpful, very helpful, staff. Quite knowledgeable for my needs. Also, the curbside pickup person took the initiative to check on us & our needs.
Store was clean and well stocked.
They also acknowledge Veterans with a discount and Veteran Only parking spots.

We had to drive out of town to this location. Before going I called and was helped by a knowledgeable person on their end.
I arrived and found the store employed by many other friendly and knowledgeable staff. Loren in tile/flooring is a gem

This place is way better than Home Depot. I don't care what anybody says. Our Home Depot is full of angry workers. The Lowe's in this location has helpful workers. Why do I come here? The helpful staff. Too bad because Home Depot and other locations is much nicer.

I have been in the trades for, Thirty years. In all that time I have found that very few home improvement stores are well organized.
This particular store actually brought a smile to my face!
Better organized, knowledgeable staff and... They didn't run or give me a deer in the headlights look!
Time is money for me. I was in & out in record time.

Always lots of options and choices. The Garden Center always has beautiful flowers and plants. The plants are rotated often and old plants go on discount. I like to look at the outdoor furniture too. They do need a few more garden items just to decorate the yard. The appliances are great and up to date, also I found out they have people to help style a kitchen remodel.

I wanted to give a nod of appreciation to the Outdoor and Garden team for being so willing to assist me and my wife in getting our products loaded on to our truck several times throughout the day. Excellent attention to detail and a real showmanship of customer service. I would like to especially mention the young man Nick that kept all of our spirits high with his positive attitude and general demeanor. Great Job Lowe's! We will continue to use this store for all of our home improvement needs.
