The store personnel were very courteous, helpful and made me question why I didn't shop there more often!!!! That was an excellent experience being my first time!!;! But not my last*

It is a great place to buy sports style shoe's, the people who work there are very friendly,,
Even though the store size limited the store is always well stocked with a large variety of sporting goods but Basketballs variety are little or none

This particular Big 5 store had great customer service, from the clerk who answered the phone call, to the staff and knowledgeable and friendly manager. I really appreciate great service, thank you fellas.

My first time going to this big 5 and I was amazed the store was clean, the workers were friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable.

Well stocked and well stafffed location. Found what I needed at a really good price. In and out in less than fifteen minutes.

Staff here is very willing to help and if a product is not in store they will see if they can order it. I had to return an item that ended up being too small for my use and it was very quick and easy.

Great customer service. This white guy helped us find what we needed at the shoe area. Thankz again. :)

Good inventory, reasonable prices compared to online, helpful staff. Why order online without seeing it first when you can come here and know it's been screened by the company for quality and you can touch and feel it.

I received excellent customer service from the Manager on duty, who seemed to be working 2 positions and had a waiting line outside, before opening. He was very helpful, took the time to show me several different items that I was interested in.
And, once I made a decision, he made sure everything was taken care of.... Personalized service!

I really like shopping at Big 5 Sporting Goods in Livermore, California. It seems like every time I'm here they are having some ki d of sale. From the parking lot sales to the sales inside the store I always seem to find a good deal here. The employees always have good customer service as well.

Staff friendly and helpful. Wonderful price on great quality waterproof hiking boots! And the $10 coupon we get in the mail is a bonus.

All staff is nice except one old guy work there. He is always kind of rude ,don't know to talk with customer. Other staff people deserve 5 star and that guy zero.
