Clerks were very helpful in finding me the product that I needed and would work with my phone. Also another clerk helped me find some cookies I wanted.

Raynah was so sweet. She went above and beyond to get my prescription ready that the Dr had denied but we called and they were going to correct it. She took her time and then got it ready ASAP as we were leaving town. She is so patient friendly and is a major asset to your pharmacy department!! Thank you so much!!!

The people that work here are amazingly kind. The place is always clean and well-stocked. The pharmacy is easy and fast I rarely wait in line for very long. One of my favorite Walgreens in Springfield.

Extremely friendly and Fast. When I was told that my regular walgreens didnt have my prescription, (mind you they didnt tell me after waiting 25 minutes in the drive-thru, they called and cost me another 30 minutes by telling me I could go to another walgreens 30 minutes away). I headed to the clearlake walgreens and was greeted with smiles and a CAN-DO attitude, not a "Why are you bothering me attitude" as I received at the Monroe location. Thank You Robin at the East Clearlake Location in Springfield, you and the girls behind the counter were fast and efficient with smiles all the way. Thank you.

The staff is always friendly and recognizes us. We live down the street and frequent this location, so it's great to see the same people!

I have been going here about 22 years. The first 10 were great. They kept employees for years. Employees were kind, helpful, recognized frequent shoppers.
One by one employees started leaving. Replaced employees were so-so and sometimes rude.
I still go to this place as it is only 3 minute from home. But only for things I cant get within 10 miles. Usually drive up medicine.
