I live around the neighborhood so going to “the deli” is always fast and my first thought. They have just about every drink you can think of (minus alcohol) and if they don’t have it, ask for it and come back in 3 days to a week and they’ll have it. Food is bomb as hell. If you can wait for a sandwich you won’t be disappointed cause I’ve never been. I mainly come for dutches and something to drink tho

This review is Strictly for The (Young) Man who Works to ensure Every Hot dog(1.25) leaves the Market, Fresh prepared with Love and SLAPPING.. HE ACTUALLY is older but I wanted to show him some love. These are the best hot dogs in San Diego..FLUCK WHAT YOU HEARD.. They use to be 99¢ but this Phenomenal inflation SHEESH..Go..go .go...RUNNNNN

Always so friendly with great service, I eat my lunch here almost every day , love the breakfast deals, they always go the extra mile to make sure everything is exactly how I want it, definitely my favorite store.

Best spot in town. Great soda and candy selection. And they have watermelon and mango flavored slush puppies

Best sandwiches in East Village. Large variety of sodas and specialty candy and snacks. If they don't have something you like, you can ask them to order it, and they will try their best to get it in stock quick.

If you live in east village or surrounding areas, do yourself a favor and make this your go to Market.

Family Run and The nicest staff you’ll ever meet. The owner stocks up on all the usual things you would expect to find and then so much more!

Energy drinks galore. Rare and hard to find snacks, candy and treats. Cbd drinks, soft serve ice cream, slushees…the list goes on and on!

They just starting doing Boars Head sandwiches as well, Starting in the am for breakfast.

Great store in downtown. Clean, great options from snacks to local kombuchas. The owner is such a good guy and it shows on the service and the attention to detail.

This place is a hidden gem deli in Downtown SD. It may look like just a convenience store from the outside but their deli is new and is awesome. I've had their Turkey and Gouda sandwich several times and it is delicious. I also had a tuna melt yesterday and it was super good. The ingredients have always been fresh (nice crispy green lettuce and fresh red tomato) and the staff is super friendly. The bread is also amazing (I like the roll and the sourdough) and like getting it toasted. To boot they use Boar Head meats and the prices are very reasonable. I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to write that I highly recommend this if you are in the mood for a deli sandwich.

Great service. Very professional. Come in a couple times and they will make you feel like family. My husband only likes pink Powerade n they made an amazing effort and now always has them in stalk.every snack you could think of from soup and crackers to candies chips and dip! Bomb breakfast sandwiches made fresh right in front of you! I recommend this market for a snack n breakfast stop before work/school.

These guys are the best. I don’t just mean their personalities (which rock) but their products, their quality of food (the sandwiches and bagels are simply some of the best in SD), and their assortment of candy.

The best breakfast sandwiches around!!! Breakfast is my comfort food and I haven’t found any other place that serves with such love and care in their food. The people that work there always greet me and bring joy to my heart! I stop by almost everyday and enjoy a heartwarming meal and energy drink for a great price. They now even know me by name! A great place to go to.

East Village Market is the new hot spot for breakfast and lunch. The sandwiches are Lit🔥 and don’t forget the soft serve ice cream its a 10 out of 10 especially on a hot day.

Very friendly staff and plenty of drink, snack, & candy options. Lite convenience section for common things. They also have a reasonably priced & quick Boar's Head deli that also makes breakfast sandwiches, easy to call ahead and order.

Also the owner's love furry friends and giving them treats!

This market is a staple in San Diego Downtown. A trolley station and bus stop is right outside of the entrance. The men who work at this market work extremely hard and always keep a very positive attitude. The owner is very innovative and always has rare exotic products. They just built a deli inside of their shop and it's amazing. They said they will have their beer license sometime soon, so I'm excited for when that's going to happen. The people here treat you like family and it's a blessing to have people like this in the community who support one another the way they do. In hard times like this it's people like the people at East Village Market who are the real heroes. Incredible people I can't stop giving them my money. God Bless.

I come here every other day to get my energy drink and snack fix—they have all my favorites. They recently added breakfast sandwiches and deli sandwiches and they are AMAZING. The Italian sandwich on sourdough is my favorite. They are always doing things to improve the store and actually listen to customer feedback and get the items you are hoping to see. Great Mexican candy selection, all things chamoy 🤤 Such a great neighborhood store, stop in and say hi to the guys!

I stumbled across this market the first day I moved to San Diego. Easy Village Market is the only place in SD I ever buy my vapes from. They have a tons to choose from and very affordable pricing.
