This is my local and most convenient CVS from where I live. I come here often. Jonathan did a great job checking me out with multiple coupons and did not need any help with an override from a manager. Someone stocking was able to direct me to an item I could not locate, and the security guard greeted me also. It was a nice experience as usual.

Pharmacy is well stocked and pharmacists are helpful. Always greeted and asked if I need assistance.

Antibacterial hand wipes are in the ba k with the travel sized stuff, I walked through the whole store before I found em. Wasn't crazy busy & they have a little bit of everything. Well maintained & stocked. Didn't have to wait to pay.
Recommend for last minute needs & necessities.

I used to loathe going to this particular CVS... now I LOVE IT! The CVS on Market Street has done a complete 180°. I don't know if it's because of a new store manager or district manager but it is a pleasant experience every time I go in. The staff always greets customers when they come in now, not run and hide. The shelves are always stocked. I even talk to the manager every time I'm in the store. He even offers to help customers find what they need, that's hard to find these days. I've been asked to do surveys on this CVS and to be honest the first one was when it was terrible. Now anytime and asked to do a survey, I make sure to mention, by name, the employee that specifically made my experience that day great. The CVS on Market Street is so convenient from I live and would rather walk somewhere than drive, that's why I moved to an Urban area. If you ever had a bad experience at the store, go give it another try. I'm certain you WON'T be disappointed.

Had a minor emergency while traveling in San Diego. Stopped in at 7 AM and Sammy spent a good half hour with us trying to resolve our problem. He called other CVS stores to try to find the product we needed. He was so patient! Thank you Sammy! He did everything he could to help us!

I never have a problem with the pharmacy. I have shopped a couple times in the store, kinda high but ain't everywhere now a days

Amazing service from the pharmacists who took my call when I was ill. Big thanks to the guys who transferred my medicine to another pharmacy that did have my Prescription being that I messed up my request the first time I called . Will definitely transfer my pharmacy pick ups to these guys. Thanks!
