CVS

I visited this store when I was walking on Fourth Ave. I picked up some cereal, candy, and chips. It was easy to find what I needed. They had a good amount of options. There weren't many people at the store, so the checkout process was quick. It was another pleasant experience shopping at a CVS Store.

I would like to recognize Ms Alma as customer service in CVS, she is very friendly n helpful. CVS is very lucky has her as your employee. I think she should be recognized as employee of the month. Thanks you so much for your great job Ms Alma

I'd like to recognize Ms. Gabby (forgive me if I spelled your name incorrectly), who is the manager of pharmacy department. I needed to have an urgent prescription filled on a Friday evening and she went out of her way to help facilitate it. She is friendly and patient. She explained some complicated insurance jargons well and thorough. She provided some very useful advices. Over the phone I could feel her heart of eagerness of helping her patients. She is someone CVS should be proud of!

We love this store. Employees are very friendly and helpful. It is clean and in a convenient location downtown. The CVS reward program is generous.

My experience with CVS in downtown San Diego, CA was amazing. Plus I found 2 hair care products versus having to use Amazon 🤗

I’ll just say it like this, whoever hired and trained Mario, he’s EXACTLY what every CVS needs. Period. Great guy. Great store.

Joseph was so helpful and friendly from the time I stepped in the store. He is at the front at the register and greets each one as they enter the store.

Very helpful service over the phone. I was very ill and thank the pharmacist who made the call to my doctor to get me a prescription that was covered by my insurance, thanks for transferring me to another pharmacy that was able to get the prescription for me . Amazing pharmacy employees.

VERY friendly and great customer service gladly to give you a had. It's small and gets crowded because it close to the mall also please be patient with the cashiers there is only 4

In my last review to 1023 4th & Broadway ( San Diego i was having a bad day. This & other cvs stores are great one stop shop. Get your meds, and a lute lunch all in one . I retract anything negative i post last week.

Everyone at this store is so SWEET & helpful. This store is very professional and well managed.

It is always pleasent to see the pharmacist yelling at a seat chinese woman, instructing her on how to dispense to her husband. Hats!!

I love this store for those who complain and say it’s too much OMG get a life it’s not overwhelming it’s a beautiful store. Go to the next one and don’t shop at this one. 🥰
