Basic 7-11. Not crowded with a nice selection of things. Transients begging and walking around outside but other than that nothing to complain about.

If you have 7-11 rewards there are tons of deals on various items around the store. Such as .49¢ Big Gulp, 2 for $4 Monster Energy...many more as well.

An overall pleasant business to patron.

I don't normally review 7-11s but I came in here to buy some mints on my way to the court house yesterday and the clerks were genuinely cheerful and alert. I have literally been shopping at 7-11's for my entire life, since I was a kid in the bay area. I have never had a 7-11 clerk behave cheerfully in my presence, not once in what has to be at least 500 visits over the past four decades. Worth a five star review! And automated 7-11 reply bot, you are welcome!!!!

I love the crushed ice in the machine. On these hot days it's nice to be able to fill up my water container

This 7/11 has got to be one of the best I have ever been to. The clerks Bruce, and Keenan were overly cheerful and helpful throughout my 4 day stay in San Diego and helped me with my every request. Both of these clerks deserve the best as they made my experience at this specific 7/11 the best i've ever had.

Clean, safe establishment with respectful staff & great customer service, definitely awesome management there; supervisor is always on top of things when it comes to shaping the team & taking care of customer issues. Good work 7-Eleven🤙🏻

So happy the crew that work here are so welcoming. When they ask you how you're doing, they are genuinely asking. It's great. They are so helpful and friendly. I also dig the points I get when I come in for breakfast each day. So rewarding.

Today, 1/20/22 I bought a KETO-COFFE MOCHA BANG, to hold me over at work. I went for a drink and it was thick and sludgy. I checked the expiration date and it expired on Oct 2021. I plan to call them to make them aware and hopefully they respond reasonably. I’ve been coming here since they opened. The staff are very friendly, place is clean (inside), & the prices are fair. Unlike the one on Broadway & 5th - they price gouge! I’ve never had an issue until today. This is why I knocked off a star (for now).

1/17/23 Update: Bumped my review up to 5 starts because the employees here are almost always attentive and cheerful the minute you walk in when they greet you.

Let me start by saying, that I am so glad that at least one of the many 7-11s are staying open 24 hours, well at least on the weekends.

This weekend I was up late and i got hungry and went to what i conceder my my Favorite 7-11, and believe me there are lot around here.

Any ways, i really didn't know what I wanted. While I trying to decide what I wanted I was taking to, "Bruce" a young man who is an associate there. He was very considerate and patient. He was also very helpfulI, Did his best to answer all the questions that I asked and I had a lot, anyways he was very helpful very polite and very courteous and I appreciated him especially at that time of the morning. Bruce is one of the reasons why that stores is my favorite. I only named one person that doesnt take away from the rest of the staff. My experience has been the whole staff rocks and the manager is awesome.

One of the cleanest and best run stores in the downtown SD area.
The employees here are trained better than the other locations in DT San Diego. Other than the homeless outside that sometimes harass people, this is a good location. There should be more security provided for the store.

The 7_11 store on 4th Ave in downtown San Diego is by far the best one in 40 year's as a customer that I've ever been in. The young African American man that works at night makes you feel like a highly valued customer as well as family.Check it out and see what I mean.😉

Yesssss! After a year of pandemic they offer build your own nachos and hot dogs lol really missed both as a quick grab.
