Man oh man where do i start, Tom is such a savior. I can remember walking into that mattress firm with very little sleep and really just eager for a change. and of course the first person i see is tom’s very greeting smile, and within 15 minutes of being there, i was able to find the bed i felt most comfortable in and have been sleeping well ever since. Tom if you’re reading this, you are the real MVP

Tom did a great job! He was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed purchase. But, no pressure to buy at all. I would definitely recommend this store and Tom to my friends.

Props to Tom at the Mattress Firm in Urbandale. Stopped in the check out beds one day and never felt like he was pushing to get a deal done. Answered all my questions and made himself available to answer any questions via texts. I must have changed my mind on what to get 10 times and Tom took it all in stride. If you’re in the area or near by and need a mattress, make the drive to this location and be sure to ask for Tom. You won’t regret it.

This was my first time buying a new mattress in almost a decade. Tom was outstanding to work with. We had a chat about what I needed, he immediately knew which ones for me to try out, and he worked with me to get my purchase and delivery setup in record time. He really knows his stuff!
