Was able to return a bridesmaids dress from Azazie at this location. Super convenient and easy. The guys who helped were friendly.

Nice, easily accessible location off the highway, friendly and knowledgeable staff always happy to talk games and they still do the occasional midnight release - which I find is rare now and days.

Would highly recommend this location over the stores located in the nearby malls!

They do seem to have whatever I need. Membership gets you $5 credit and it's nice to reserve new incoming games. Used prices on games, etc., very reasonable.

Grabbed the new Mario Wonder for the Switch.

Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the gentleman whom assisted me today however wanted to leave a good review. Was in the store 5pm-ish 6-2-20. Very freindly service. As the only customer in the store he chat me up and I dare say gushed a bit about the new Xenoblade Remaster I was in to pick up a copy of. Knew what he was talking about and seemed genuinely passionate about the game. Warmed my heart to see. Keep it up! ✌

This store is by far my favorite Game Stop in all of Des Moines! They have a much better game selection and other accessories! They are the most friendly and knowledgeable staff, they really know their stuff and I love that about them!! I don't plan on shopping at any other store! This is where I will go from now on because I couldn't imagine any other place where the staff really know how to make their customers have a great experience!

I always enjoy my visit to this location. The store is clean and employees very helpful! I just picked up my Far Cry 5 preordered copy, and the whole process went very smoothly and organized. The associate who help me -Nickolas- was very good at explaining how the preorder system worked. I also am extremely happy because Far Cry was released at 9pm instead of 12am! That was an awesome decision on GameStop’s part.

I'm going to have to visit this store :). I've never ordered something from Gamestop's online store and not only received the game I order only 1 business day after ordering and gotten a hand written thank you know. To whomever sent the card with my copy of Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell 3D, I want to say "Thank you for the 'thank you' card and you are most welcome."

This is my sons favorite store. Been to many GameStops, but this one is good. Treat us like we are part of a club, my kid loves it, so I love it. Its more than just picking out games....its a hobby!

Store Leader Nick Renda is by far the best Gamestop employee I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with.

Upon entering he greeted me with a very friendly "Hello and Welcome."

My niece is a big fan of Barbie and she was looking to play some Barbie video games. Imagine how thrilled I was when Mr.Renda informed me that not only did they have nearly every barbie game in stock but they were all on sale for under $5!

I bought one of each game and my niece was very happy this year!

I love game stop I always go there for ally Xbox controllers because then I can buy a warranty on it and no matter how I brake that controller I can get a new one and all I have to do is buy a new warranty no cost for the controller itself

Employees are always well informed and kind at this location. Even if you're the 500th person to come in asking for that popular new thing that is always out of stock everywhere.

From the moment I entered to the moment I left I was treated like family. The manager Nick knows how to run a store and he's a total game guru. I know where I'm going for the latest titles from now on!

Great place to go for games, as long as you are the buyer. If you need to sell, I would suggest other options as there buying value is beyond lower then you could think of.

This is my favorite gamestop in the district. There are two others closer to me, but the employees here are so helpful I commonly end up driving here instead for my trade ins and preorders. Thanks again folks.
