The delivery guys were fantastic (can’t remember their names…my 53 year old brain sucks!). They put it exactly where I wanted it, and did a very through explanation on how the hot tub operates and how to maintain it. The boss has 18 years of installation experience and had me take a video of his instruction—invaluable! The younger blonde dude fell on his butt but only his pride was hurt (ha!). I highly recommend this business if you’re thinking of getting a hot tub.

The brads installed our swim spa today and did a great job. The put it exactly where we wanted it, explained every thing, and had suggestions.

We bought our Hot Tub at the show in Feb, 2024. Our experience has been great thus far. The salesmen were very informative but not pushy at all. Ryan was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as I decided between the 2 I really liked. Brad, and Jack delivered our tub this morning in the snow and were Amazing! They make such a a great team, and were impressive to watch work. I didn't get any pics because it was too cold to take my gloves off, but the temps did not slow these gentlemen down at all. They did a Great job of helping us decide what direction to put the tub so we had the best views while in it. (Something I would not have even thought of). They took their time in 20 degree weather to walk us through everything and answer all my questions so that I was completely comfortable before they left. At this point of the game I would 10/10 recommend this company!

We recently received our new MasterSpa Balance 9. Brad and Jack delivered and set up our new spa for us. They had great communication for delivery time, set up and above excellent instruction on how to run the spa. We initially were a bit nervous of what we were getting into when we purchased a hot tub, but after speaking with Brad during set up and the clear instructions he had, we were confident on how to use it when they left.

They were both awesome. Showed me everything I needed to know to get my hot tub up and running they were super helpful in the position of where the best spot was. They answered all my questions I couldn’t thank them enough and everyone involved in the process of purchasing my Master Spa!

Would most definitely recommend. From answering our questions, putting up with our little requests, to install, initial overview and even water testing. Everything has been Great so far.

They did a really great job replacing our hot tub cover. It was quick; they were friendly and on time, and hauled the old one away! Thanks so much!

They were very informative on how to setup your tub up & the maintenance. Very polite & represented their company well. Now to enjoy our hot tub for many years.

My husband and I checked out the spas during the Iowa State Fair this year. We have had a spa for over 17 years (from a company no longer in business) and were looking to upgrade in the near future; so we already knew what we liked and didn't like. We worked with Jeff directly and he was great. Honest, friendly and just answered the questions we had. It even started down pouring during our purchase (which we all found amusing) and just hung out and chatted for awhile (not all about business). The kind of spa we were interested in wasn't on display at the time, but they had a similar one (with a lounger) to look at. No one pushed us to purchase anything or try and convince us we wanted something different. We had planned on just 'looking' and checking things out, but instead ended up ordering one. Couldn't beat the Fair price/discount and we really did like talking with Jeff, he was very personable. The spa ended up being delivered on the day they said they were going to and the 2 guys that showed up with the delivery were very nice and did a great job, plus they politely took our old spa away (without any complaints). We enjoyed our experience and will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

The delivery guys were very helpful and supportive! We needed to make some alterations before the new hottub could go in and the delivery guys offered to come back and finish moving it when we were ready.

Professional, efficient installation with great care and attention for both the expensive hot tub, as well as my surrounding landscaping. A challenging hillside incline was no match for these pros. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

My wife and I have just finished our first year with our swim spa and what a great experience it has been! We are in our seventies and our spa has been a God send for us! It has worked wonders for our health! We have all the aches and pains for our age and using the spa has been life changing! I can’t recommend it enough!

I’ve had a very pleasant experience purchasing my swim spa. I felt like the owner helped me make the right decisions based on my needs. The tub was delivered as expected. Brad and Jack were great during the delivery and they even helped us when we struggled removing the door to our addition so the spa could be put into its place. This was despite frigid temps. They gave us instructions for use and let us know where the manual and exercise equipment was located. I have not needed services for our spa yet but so far, I’m quite happy. Thank you!

Swimming Pool Supply in Grimes should be number one on the list for anyone looking to purchase a pool or spa. Ryan and Bill were great to work with at the spa show then again at the Iowa State Fair. I highly recommend the Master Spas Twilight Spa. It’s been great for our family. Delivery was super easy and you can call them with any questions on set up or water chemistry. We wanted to get a spare set of filters and we called them and they shipped them out so fast we had them the next day. Swimming Pool Supply Co is the best in Iowa!

Brad and Jamie did a great job delivering our spa. They went above and beyond to get the swim spa into our backyard (which does not have easy access). Can't wait to use it!

We got our master spa through SPS at one of their events. So far we’ve been pleased. Brad and Jack who delivered the spa were amazing. And the instructions and chemicals for start up were easy to figure out. I’m thankful they’re close by if we have any questions.

Delivery was quick and efficient for my replacement control panel and cover. The SPS staff were professional and enjoyable to work with .
