Chad was very informative and helpful. Very detailed as well in what he was saying. Chad was also very professional and knew exactly what to do to fix my problem quickly. He deserves a raise! Stacey was also there and very helpful . I was beyond impressed with the customer service provided.

Emely was Amazing!! She went above and beyond to assist me. She was the only one in the store when I went. There were several customers there when I came she managed to assist all of us. Not only in a timely fashion but very courteous, professional, and knew exactly what she was doing and how to help. I came in with several issues and was made of questions in regards my daughter's phone.
Stacey was able to sort me out in a timely manner and get me on my way.
To take it a step further she took the time to find me the best deal on a new phone in regards to insurance claim versus payoff of the phone.

I stopped into the store and was greeted right away. She helped me add a new line in on my account, found me a great deal to get the new phone for $800 off, and found a way to save me on my monthly bill. She showed me different cases and accessories and put on my screen protector. She even helped me transfer all the content from the old phone n the new one. My experience with Stacey was phenomenal and she was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend stopping into this store if you need anything.
