My husband and I stopped in to the store in the evening on a Saturday night to navigate a frustrating situation on my account. We were promptly greeted and checked in to the waiting queue. After explaining my request, Samara and her manager Marquise were extremely patient, understanding and resourceful as they addressed my needs. I was very pleased with their demeanor and professionalism. They fully and efficiently resolved my requests and did a thorough job of explaining my options. Upon departure, I was thanked for my time and left in a better mood than when I entered. I appreciate their support and would definitely recommend working with either of them! Thank you again, Samara and Marquise. Your understanding was very much appreciated. Glad to be a continued customer of many years with T-Mobile.

Other things to note about this location:
Parking is close to the entrance
The store front was clean and clear of debris.
Inside the store was tidy and organized.

We stopped in today for assistance since we wanted to port in multiple lines. Paul A. helped us and he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, detail-oriented, and friendly. He made sure we understood our options, so we can make an informed decision. I think this was one of the best experiences we’ve had at a cell phone store. I’m writing this in hopes that T-Mobile recognizes his work. Give Paul a promotion!

I had problems with getting new phones on line, so we went to this retail store. Paul helped us get everything we needed and we added home internet. Paul was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courtesy. With people like Paul we will be T-Mobile customers for life.

I was having issues with the website, stopped in store shortly before closing and Paul assisted me. His customer service skills are exceptional, you can tell he’s very knowledgeable, smart, good at his job, and kind. He made sure I had everything I needed and everything was explained so there would be no surprises with the bill. He didn’t try to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t need and actually took the time to make sure I was getting the best deal. I even came in right before closing and he didn’t rush me out at all. He turned a frustrating experience into one of the best experiences I’ve had with the company and I’ve been a customer for 8 years or more. Thank you Paul, you are amazing, you made my day! Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful.

Paul is exceptional! He was so intelligent and well informed. Also his math is spot on! He helped my mom upgrade her phone and he used her name through the whole visit (multiple times) and made her a priority! I didn’t have this service when it was Sprint, but it’s people like Paul who are going to give cellular providers a good name!

I was trying to start on the home internet over the costumer device and was having a bad experience and was very frustrated and upset. Once arriving at the store we were welcomed with a big smile, the employees were motivated and energetic. They were fast and knowledgeable. They treated us with ethics, dignity, respect,and made us very confortable, they were the meaning of customer service, and professionalism from a to z. In other words,they compensated what happened over the phone /customer service.Thank yo u so much for providing such a wonderful staff (Rayan and Charles) and manager Dominique. I'm happy now.

For cell phones there isn't a better staff I promise you that. Been going there for almost 2 years and not 1 time did I get bad service or leave w out a problem fixed. Staff is very precise and knowledgeable, so if you need a legitimate Company and staff than this location will provide that for you, I promise you that ... Thank you for reading this.

I have always had an excellent experience at this location. Today my team member was Trevor, he quickly addressed all my questions and concerns and took care of the issues in an expeditious and courteous manner. There's always a way that they'll save you a buck here and there and provide excellent service. Highly recommend this location for the staff and as far as Cell Phone Service Providers go I find that T-Mobile works well for me.

Addison was super helpful and answered all of my questions! He was very patient and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. He explained everything very thoroughly and walked me through the steps I needed to take without being excessive. Also, the store is super clean and inviting. Bonus points goes to Paul, who has a super fly hat and shoes.

Walked into a super busy store Friday after work. Got added to the wait list and helped shortly after.

Paul A was helping me, did a fantastic job, high energy and friendly! Knew his stuff too.

Got me in and out despite also handling an unruly/rude customer, training someone, and dealing with my previous carrier. Quite impressive.

Just came over from 12 year stint with Verizon. Coverage was good with them, but customer service went down the toilet. Started by signing up on Saturday at the University office with Ryan as my technician. From start to finish, Ryan was very polite, professional, and knew what he was doing throughout the entire process. Brought over 4 lines from Verizon to T-mobile now, and will never look back!! thanks Ryan and special cudos to his manager also (forget the ladies name, sorry!).

I visited this store to switch from Verizon. The staff was very friendly and greeted me as I walked in. I didn't have to wait longer than 5 minutes to get help.

I had the pleasure to work with John, and he did an excellent job providing details of my phone and Magenta MAX plan. Also, he answered all my questions about the phone and perks of the plan. When you're done, you know exactly how much your plan will cost you. The staff truly wants to help you. I highly recommend this store if you want to check out T-Mobile.

My daughters stand alone watch stopped working because of the sprint-T-Mobile merge and Paden helped us over the course of a couple weeks. He knew from the start what needed to be done to remedy the problem but we struggled getting the tech side to do it. He even stayed 2 hours after his shift trying to help. We were ready to switch companies but he wouldn’t give up on us and was finally able to get someone to do the changes that needed to be made. He went way above and beyond and he saved a 20 year customer!

Great experience. Alina, the manager is one of the most competent people on earth. Seriously. Took care very complicated problems while helping other employees and customers at the same time. All while remaining totally calm. Also heard her speaking to a customer in Spanish. All good.

Wanted to give a special shout out to Dakeyah Philpot. She spent 2 hours with my wife and the kids yesterday, trouble shooting SIM cards, figuring out the best plans & features and walking my son through how to find someone to fix his screen and file an insurance claim so he could upgrade his phone. She did this all with a smile on her face AND while managing people coming through the door (and missing her pilates class to help out).

The next day, I returned to complete the insurance claim and another helpful tech specialist came out. He identified a further issue with the phone that required the claim to be modified. He stayed with us while we navigated the T-Mobile claims process, offering advice & suggestions until things were resolved. He then called in reinforcements from the sales team to answer my son’s trade in questions. Having been with Sprint for decades before the merger, this was one of the best in-person experiences I’ve had in a store.

I experienced a difficult situation with my mom's Verizon phone. After hours of waiting on Verizon's 'help' line with no answer (and not even a human voice to talk too) I came here. Mitch was fantastic! Seriously, this guy knew how to fix everything and guided me through my mom switching to TMobile. A+++

Hunter did the initial new phone order. He did a great job explaining the new phone and the cost. He was patient as he answered all our questions. Once the phones arrived Hunter got the transfer process started. Alina then sat at our table to help with the final set up. She took time to make sure we knew how to use the phones. We had a lot of questions! But she knew all the answers. She even took care of wiping clean our old phones, printing the mailing labels, taped the labels to the return boxes and made sure they were USPS ready. Both Hunter and Alina were very customer oriented!
