Had to go there twice over the holidays for two different phones. Both times received great service and mission accomplished.

Associates were patient and helpful. No issues here.

Terrance was wonderful!! He spent almost hour correcting what happened at satellite store. Had to talk to several dept. trying to solve where phone was. Ended up having to turn it over to security. He was so patient. Verizon is lucky to have him!!

Marcus was phenomenal. This was the first time in ten years I've gotten a new new phone. Usually I just get used ones from family. He made the process easy and exciting. He was very helpful with making sure I understand all costs, and he did so in a timely manner. I look forward to doing business with this store again.

Colby was very helpful today. I've had issues with my cell phone off and on for months. With my fingers crossed, I think that it is finally fixed.

Nice store, somewhat of a difficult location to enter/exit depending on the time of day. Very friendly, courteous and informative agent greeted me as I entered store. Lots of choices on display to examine. Definitely worth your time to stop in and talk with an agent rather than navigate a Web site.

This particular Verizon store is known by my family as the best to deal with. After having trying to resolve some issues with our account online to frustratingly no avail… I came in and they were able to assist where a week of back and forth with online support was not able to do. I appreciate the store kind customer service and patience as we resolved my issues. Good customer support is a key quality I look for in my wireless provider and this store helped save us from switching providers

The men that assisted me in this store were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Their patience was appreciated and the service was excellent and efficient. The store was very clean and arranged well. Such great customer service all around!! I needed a new screen protector case and Brittany hooked me up with the best one. She went above and beyond and put it on for me. I’ll definitely be going back with any other questions that I can’t find online.

Colton worked with me was extremely nice, I got angry at him due to problems of my own and he was still nice. He tried to help me with my problem as best as possible and was always straight to the point. Would recommend

Worked with Ernesto Carranza on a business account transaction. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Even after the transaction was complete, he was quick to respond and assisted with my questions and requests. A+ service! While in the store other associates at observation were very helpful and professional with other customers.

Visited the store and was greeted by an employee who put us in the queue and also gave us an estimated wait time. Got the needed help in a timely manner.

I had a great experience here. I came on Halloween at 6:59, not realizing the store was closing at 7 for Halloween. My phone had just died the previous day and after being out of town all day this was the earliest I could get in. My wife is 9 months pregnant and due any day, so I was very anxious to get a working phone so my wife could reach me. Mike was so gracious to let me stay after the doors closed and helped me upgrade to a new phone. I'm very grateful for his kindness and great service.

We came here to upgrade our phones and review our cell phone plan. We were fortunate enough to have Sally walk us through it. I strongly recommend her for any of your wireless needs. She went above and beyond to make sure were getting the best deal on our phones(Note10+5G) and our cellphone plan. We saved a lot of money on our phones and cell phone plan because of her. The people at this location overall are great. I will continue returning to this store for my Verizon needs.

Scott at this Verizon is the person to go to for all of your issues. He is professional, and will make sure to go the extra mile, put in the work, and ensure that you are happy before leaving the store. The entire staff is super helpful, the store is clean. Get some phones here y’all.

Every time I go here I'm impressed with the customer service. The waiting time is not my favorite but what can you do in a crowded phone store they do their best to make sure your wait isn't painful
