Excellent little shop for Warhammer miniatures, gaming supplies and paints. The owner is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, not to mention a master painter of miniatures figures. It's worth checking out just to see his display pieces! Great to see a specialized shop like this in the area! Check it out!

Jimmy is awesome. I always have a great time at this store he makes it enjoyable to learn as well just to shop. If you have any questions, he's always happy to let you know or call to see if something has arrived. Highly recommend to anyone who loves warhammer!

Super friendly and helpful store manager with lots of knowledge about the hobby and miniature painting.

My husband recently got into Warhammer and decided to visit the store. We love the variety available of miniatures, paint, and tools. I think it's the owner of the store who is usually on site, and he's nice and knowledgeable. We visit regularly.

Great experience! Being newer to the 40k scene, the manger, Jimmy, was so helpful and really friendly. He even offered a free beginner lesson for building and painting a miniature and walked me through it even letting me keep the mini I painted. Great customers too, everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful explaining painting techniques and how to achieve certain effects. 9/10 only because everything in the store is a tad overpriced, but not terribly expensive.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Dude helped me figure out what paints I needed, offered to teach me the rules in a demo game, and told me about some easy painting techniques. As someone just getting into the hobby, I really appreciated the time he took to help me.

Drove 40 minutes to the store to get there when they opened, for a new release, waited 15-20 minutes outside with a couple other people, until someone with a Facebook account checked their posts saying they were closed (and had been closed for some days.)

A note on the door would be nice or some other way to check that doesn't require Facebook so I don't drive an hour for nothing. I've never actually been to this store before. Could be great, could be terrible. But driving an hour and a half for nothing is frustrating, to say the least. I'd call before driving the way next time.

Clean store and friendly staff. Actually showed me a new brush technique and let me practice on one of their figures in the brief time I was there. Great place to checkout for any Warhammer fan.

Warhammer stores are run by one person so that individual can really make or break it. Jimmy, the manager for this store, is awesome. He's super friendly, willing to help with anything you need, and very knowledgeable about the games.

My experience there was good. I’m completely new to painting miniatures and the manager was very friendly and did a good job explaining to me what I needed to get started. I walked away a satisfied customer.

As far as Games Workshop goes, the manager is a genuinely nice guy and has never tried to pressure sale me on anything. It’s been a but since I’ve been in, but I plan to stop back buy just because this is the best customer service I have ever experienced at a GW storefront.

Store owner was super helpful, nice arrangement of items and prices are about what one would expect (slightly high but not outrageous). As a beginner to the hobby I felt very welcome and will absolutely be returning.

went there knowing nothing about game workshop and felt very welcome me, my wife, and my two year old son who wanted nothing more than to explore and look at all the boxes. Needless to say when leaving there I had a beginners grasp of everything and have even picked a set. I can tell you josh has mad me want to only buy from his location.

I had an issue where a glitch in their POS system led to a duplicate charge. The manager Josh was quick to identify the problem and escalate it to their corporate office for resolution. Great customer service!

Great selection. I was able to grab limited run kits on release day that had been sold out online.

Been doing this hobby 20 years now. I'm active duty military I came to Knox on a mission and was stuck here during the release of Warhammer quest my favorite game. Josh went out of his way to assist me with not only pre ordering the game but taking my contact and helping me get a ride. This store is by far the most friendly and supportive of the hobby I've seen and I've traveled all over the world and always look for the closest GW. I've been to so many I can't even count. I asked to speak to the manager but that's him. So this is my way to show my appreciation. Thanks for your kindness and professobalism this is the kinda attitude that keeps people coming to the store.
