CVS

I am waiting for somebody to pick up my he phone so I can cancel an incorrect pharmacy refill. All retail establishments should increase minimum wage to $20/- so that they can be motivated to pick up the phone . I found such exceptional service at all retail stores in Lou ky.This the third day that I am contacting the store to cancel a prescription I did not order.Happy holidays.

Excellent service in getting my prescription transferred to this store. Staff were very accommodating.

I was very impressed with the quality of service at the Minute Clinic here. My young daughter was getting her first flu shot and we didn't have to wait that long to be seen. The woman who gave her flu shot was very kind, thorough, and explained everything fully since she needed to come back for a second dose. I would highly recommend using the Minute Clinic for other immunizations if we're not able to get an appointment at our regular doctor or pediatrician.

The only CVS in town making sure I get my script when I desperately needed it! Thanks so much for all the help today!

The pharmacy employee that helped me on the phone was so nice and helpful. My prescription was out of stock at all the pharmacies around me. So I called the crestwood CVS and they didnt have it either. But the lady working there looked up the inventory of all the CVS stores around and gave me all their phone numbers. the middletown cvs was one of the few pharmacies to carry my medicine. The employee on the phone transferred my prescription quickly and personally called me back to inform me that it was a successful transfer. She also loaded my insurance info and prescription coupon over the phone. The medicine was transferred and ready for pickup in under and hour. Thank you so much. yall were awesome!

Great service from the head pharmacist at 7:00pm. Filled my script in 2 minutes after some trouble at the other Shelbyville Road store. Thanks, CVS!

Went in for some eye drops for my daughter. Left with a few other things plus the drops. The sales representative who checked us out was impeccable!! Her attitude, friendliness, and attention to the guests in the store were beyond normal expectations! Thank you Chanelle for your kind service!! You're good at what you do!!

I took my friend to the minute clinic at CVS on Shelbyville rd. She saw Tara, I believe was the name of the doctor, and she was the most thorough, nice woman I've ever had at a doctor's office. She did everything she could to set my friend up with the right medication and called back a few days later to check up on her and make sure she was doing all right. That woman is so good at what she does and deserves recognition!

Got my meds for covid super fast.. old lady Patti was nice and the lead tech Veronica there was really cute

Went to get passport photo, there was some technical problems but they gave it to me for free. Nice gesture.
