McAlister's Deli

McAlister’s Deli is awesome. They have the best sweet tea I have ever tasted and the broccoli and cheddar soup is out of this world. The staff are super nice and this restaurant is very clean and relaxing. They have a great menu selection.

Had the pick two, we got spuds and half salads. Raspberry Vinagrette is the absolute BEST I've ever eaten. Salad was delicious. The spud max delivered on maximum flavor. It was steaming hot and absolutely delicious, as was my tea. Service is above par, and the atmosphere is great.

I love McAllisters. I've never had anything but good experiences at this location. Best sweet tea in the city. Great sandwiches and soups. Love the Italian and New Yorker sandwich. Chicken tortilla soup is delicious also. Love soup and sandwiches and they do a great pick two

My family loves this location! The portions are huge so we typically have leftovers. The food is always fresh, all of our special requests for meal substitutions are correct, and they are quick! We eat in the restaurant a couple times a month, but get carryout at least twice a week!

Have no idea what's happening as it use to be so clean and friendly.
The 2 girls working the counter just did not care about working today. The girl in the braids was the most unfriendly person I've ever encountered. She never asked can I help you or said anything...just stood there with a blank look on her face
Every table was filthy.
The floors were disgusting.
No one came out to clean during the 40 minutes I set quietly eating my salad. Then they all began conversations over Snapchat and screenshots
I will not return to this store
Management needs to step it up and get back to the way it use to be

The usual manager was back on duty and he does a superior job

I'm just not going on the weekends any longer . The usual manage obviously is off on Saturday
Went yesterday and it was back to dirty tables and unacceptable food. People working gathered in the corny as customers were filling the lobby. Food hsd no taste. Soup was like water and cold. Sandwich had none of the usual dressings or toppings.

It was clean and well organized as the man who appeared to be the manager was back in charge
He keeps things together
Otherwise you are stuck with a group of chatty phone gazers in the corner
I appreciate his leadership

This is a great restaurant with a wide selection of meals. I've never been disappointed and especially enjoy the soup and spud selection. Great, friendly service as well.

The autumn squash soup is absolutely amazing. LOVE ITTTTT! WISH THEY SERVED IT YEAR ROUND

My favorite meal here is the Savannah Chopped Salad. Very filling and delicious!! The dressing gives it a unique flavor I haven’t found anywhere else. Service is always friendly and fast. Was barely seated when my salad came. This location is very convenient if you’re going to the movies at Stonybrook!

Had the Reuben Sandwich, which is quite tasty!

A little pricey, but the quality can't be denied. The outdoor seating is nice and the 2 for $9.99 is a good option on a first trip.

Friendly staff wonderful food clean environment

Mitchell at the Hurstbourne Pkwy was very personable. It's hard to find youngsters now days that have a terrific personality. I live in Bullitt County. So from now on when I am out this way. I will stop at this location.

This place is always making delicious food. I used to dislike McAlister's, but I have fallen in love with the Jalapeño Turkey sandwich. It is delicious. Up until a month or two ago, the Mac N' Cheese was amazing too, but it seems they had a change in recipe or something because the cheese now tastes fake and watery. Other than that I highly recommend this place as a relatively healthy alternative to fast food. They are quick, kind, and attentive. The food is delicious and the options are many.

One of the best carry-out experiences you'll ever have. Everyone probably already knows how good their soups and sandwiches are, so I won't elaborate too much on that. But the care they put into packaging their carry-out orders to make sure nothing spills in the bags is truly impressive. Not to mention our order is typically ready on time, and everything is 100% correct. Just all around great service.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE service. The manager, Chris & his crew made me feel more welcomed and taken care of then a supper with my own nana :') Just really sticks out as my best dining experience of the past couple years. Chris
