I visit the UPS Store frequently and the staff is always friendly. They take the extra step to make sure my services are taken care of even if I haven’t packaged something properly they still take care of it! Suggestions to keep receipts that cannot be reprinted is great information to know. I highly recommend the UPD Store.

I had never shipped something through a UPS Store until my first visit to this location. The employee walked me through the process and explained every step. I was worried my fragile items would be broken by the time they were delivered but when my sister received the package, they were in great condition! I was hesitant to go to this store because I heard bad things but since having a new owner, it’s a complete 180. I highly recommend!

When you think of great customer service, plenty of things might pop into your head, but when I think of it, this specific UPS store and all of it's wonderful employees is what I think of. I cannot say enough nice things about Addison and her UPS Team at 9152 Taylorsville Road!! From having someone help me carry 4 heavy large boxes into the building to helping me tape the boxes securely, I was more than pleased! They were friendly, efficient and professional. I will definitely use this UPS Store again in the future!

Great, fast, & friendly customer service! Every time I have been in there it's at night on a weekday & Quincy is working. Every single time he has went above & beyond to help me out. Highly recommend this location. Also, thanks to Betsy. She's a regular customer at that location & she really looked out for me giving me her old box so I didn't have to buy a new one. My shipment was going to be almost $100 until Betsy & Quincy helped me out. The kindness of strangers can really make your day. 💙 Thanks guys, I will pay it forward.

I called late yesterday to verify hours. The gentleman that answered the phone explained that they closed at 7:30 but air pickup was at 7. When I arrived at 7 in a rush he remembered my call and had the UPS driver waiting for me. This is the second time this store has shown exceptional customer service. It is so appreciated!

New ownership at this store is the BEST! This is the only place I go and the service is always quick & easy. Highly recommend!!

Addison is AWESOME! I had two different UPS package delivered to my home that I did not order. I contacted my mail carrier and the police on a non emergency call for help. Neither had an answer. I knew it was a scam and took them to my neighborhood UPS store. Addison went to work and found out that a third party seller on Amazon was using my address as a way to scam his shoppers that were returning his substandard merchandise and keeping their merchandise. Shoppers beware! Addison worked with Amazon for over an hour to fix the issue and notify them about their vendors unscrupulous behavior. Thank you Addison. You are the BEST!!!

Addison is by far the most helpful UPS employee I have ever dealt with. She makes it a simple and pleasant experience from start to end. I highly recommend her and her store for anything you need for shipping.
