Katie is one of the nicest drive thru workers I have ever spoken to. Very friendly and provides great customer service.

I work at another Starbucks but Michael at this location is so kind and genuine and always makes my Starbucks experience a little better. I don’t know what they get paid but they deserve a raise. All the employees at this location have been super kind and most of them took the extra time to remember my name and greet me as soon as I get to the window. They make consistent drinks and have them out quickly. Always above and beyond customer service.

Been here before, but this time today March 4th was uber busy after the storm.

They were speedy fast and still containing politeness and all needs of customers.

Only complaint I have is to the customers that are there. Not many thank yous or politeness back to the team.

Overall if you want your order right and fast be sure to check this location out.

This Starbucks is absolutely phenomenal! The weekday morning shift, Natalie, always finds a way to brighten my day, and it’s got to be one of the best-run Starbucks in Kentucky.

Also — and very importantly! — they ALWAYS have coffee cakes in stock.

Always lovely here!! The staff are so nice, one time a barista wrote "you got this!" on my pastry bag when I visited on a particularly disheartening day which really encouraged me. I was also given a free extra brownie on a separate visit, just for the heck of it. Made my day!

This is a great Starbucks! Katie and Natalie are very efficient and very friendly. I purchase a cappuccino every morning for my wife. Both servers recognize my face, call me by name, and know my usual order. They are fantastic!!

Excellent service and friendly staff. Spent almost 3 hours in the store streaming a Chelsea vs Villarreal futbol match, they weren't very busy in the early afternoon. Starbucks does a great job of welcoming people.

Such a great environment to be in! My order is always exactly what I want and they are quick to get it to me. No matter how busy they get, they try to always make sure people are happy with their orders.

Love the friendly service here! I was here today for a meeting with a friend and the barista (didn't catch her name) kindly offered us our drinks on the house. That kind of unexpected customer service is what makes a location great! Will be back!

The service here is fast and friendly. Everyone I talk to has a good attitude with exceptional knowledge in the coffee roasting and brewing process. It might take a bit to get your specialty coffee but it's because they do it right.

I have been going to this location for about 3 years now. My drinks are always delicious with only the occasional slightly burnt espresso taste. Every now and then I like to try something random and they have always been excited and also accommodating when creating a new drink.

This location always has nice baristas (around 3 pm), despite being out of some products from natl shortage they always recommend something close. The drinks are always on point and they never fail to make connections at the drive thru window. 10/10

Arguably, the best customer experience in Louisville, Kentucky. The staff led by a manager named Gomez understand their customers' lives and problems. I visited the shop in the midst of unexpected car trouble and was helped immediately by the friendly staff.

This is a great Starbucks. On a busy road, this location is always quick, staffed by friendly people, and clean. Drive through is never a hassle either, as I have never gotten the wrong thing here. All in all, if you are looking for a great cup of coffee, stop here.

One of the baristas picked up on the fact that I was having a bad day. She went out of her way to make sure I was okay, and gave me a free croissant.
