I took care of my annual Lenten craving for McDonald's filet o' fish sandwich! The soft and tasty bun compliments the fish, cheese and tartar sauce! Please do not ever change the bun recipe. Yum!!!!

Perfect Food, perfect PEOPLE. Call the other locations up and help get them up to speed. They need it. This is one of 3 locations I only visit anymore because the service is subpar, unfortunately, and the food quality is questionable

My last visit here wasn't the best. They have a bunch of young roudy heathens running this place. Poor customer service and your order is guaranteed to be messed up.

The employees I encountered were friendly, and my order was made fresh. Overall, I have had great experiences with each visit.

This McDonald’s genuinely has the nicest people working there. You don’t really expect to have incredibly kind interactions with people in a drive thru but they were so nice 😊

We came in for my daughter's birthday with some of her friends. The food was out fast and it was fresh and hot. The manager was so nice and stopped by our table to wish her a happy birthday. This is an awesome location. Thanks for a great experience!

Comparatively to other fast foods nearby, this mc Donald's is fast and efficient which is why I choose to come here in the mornings. Even an extremely large line goes relatively fast which is the 🐝 .

Staff is great, kind and this location has been killing the game lately.

Very friendly and helpful staff. One of our items was wrong but was replaced without any hassle. We had a large party (8 orders). The food was prepared quickly.

This is the best McDonald’s in Louisville. Every time I go to this McDonald’s I order the same thing. As soon as I walk in they know what I will order immediately. The service is so friendly and nice and the food always delivers. I love my #3 special! Also the sprite at McDonald’s is the best in town.

Have been to McDonald’s quite often, almost weekly. Really like the quick drive thru service. Employees are friendly and willing to give great service. 99.9% of the time my order is perfect the way I ordered it. I can’t think of the last time I ever had to send something back for not being cooked the correct way. Restaurants are normally excellent as far as cleanliness goes.

The first thing I noticed on entry was how "meat locker cold" the place was. Our small group decided to meet outside that warm August morning, despite the limited seating.
The second thing we all noticed was how chilly the manager was. When I asked about why it was so cold, the answer was, itself, frosty.
Not a welcoming place by any stretch of the imagination.

For the first time I had a fresh and buttery biscuit for my sausage biscuit. It was fresh and hot. The biscuit was so buttery and tasty. I was so satisfied with my breakfast sandwich. I also had a small coffee as well. The coffee was great. The customer service was great as well. The restroom was clean too. Check them out. My food was amazing for real

The lady at the register was kind, she messed up my order. I was ok. I asked it to be made the way i ordered it and they never got mad or upset. They apologized and i was happy with the service.

I am not here often but when I do come it is usually during lunch time on a weekday and the staff are always friendly. They have a nice Playland for the kids and it is always clean. There is an older lady who reinforces the "sock rule" so be prepared to buy socks if the kids are without.

Had a great breakfast with my dad at this McDonald's. The service was fast and very friendly.It seemed like everyone ( employees and customers ) had a smile on their faces. I highly recommend this clean McDonald's whenever you're in the area.

We ate here at 12:30 pm on a Thursday. There was quite a long line but it moved pretty fast! It's the way a double drive-thru lane should work! The food was fresh, hot and very good.

With a child in tow, I visit a McD for the first time in 15 years. This location scored a trifecta: friendly staff, fresh food, and a clean, attractive dining area.

This rating based on a slow, late Sunday evening visit. I wish I could remember the younger fella's name who took our order. He was the highlight.... so friendly.... really sealed the deal on a perfect fast food experience.

Stopped to get a drink on our drive home. The people were friendly and even though they were busy they took time to answer a question we had. I would definitely stop there again

Food is always fresh and everyone is nice. Usually open 24 hours unless short staffed but then they are open until midnight on the weekends. 😃👍🐝👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
