I have had my frustrations with some of the carriers at this location, but today’s amazing service was above and beyond. Lavetta Seewright was handling an investigation of a missing package that was delivered to a different address. Timiah Smith was able to recover the package and she brought it to me personally. Thank you so much for your professionalism and outstanding customer service. You ladies were amazing!

Had a package delivered to the wrong address. They were able to track it down, find it and return it.
I do miss our usual mailman, that is on vacation right now, and they're super short staffed. Kudos to them for finding my package! 👏

Love the people at this facility. They are fast and as efficient as their clients let them be! They even take decent passport photos without an appointment.

The letter carriers are better than Santa. He only work once a week. It'd be marvelous if the carriers would scan a package as delivered when it has actually been delivered instead of 3 days before they get it to me.

Always professional, efficient and friendly. Several of the employees recognize me and greet me when I pick up packages, and we exchange pleasantries! Glad this is my post office.

USPS employee John was beyond 5***** helpful. He handled our baby's passport and was so patient and kind. Could not say more.

Due to Covid, the post office I usually mail from is closed. I have been coming to this post office ever since. Almost everytime I am in there, it is packed. The postal workers always apologize for the wait, and check me in/out efficiently. They are always polite and professional. The only issues I have had while in there are due to the rude customers.

Im in this post office at least 4 times a week. These people are incredible,
Ive watched and listened as they are shouted at ,name called and still they maintain a high degree of professionalism . They deal with 100's of people every single day and every day I get and receive great service along with everyone else. Thanks guys and gals at Lyndon!

Went to pick up a package and was in/out quickly. Thomasia was the only one working the counter, but greeted me warmly with a smile and was extremely courteous with my transaction.

Now if I could get a courteous, thoughtful, efficient postal carrier...

I have lived near and used this post office for 30 years. It is a busy place. I have never had a rude or inept postal worker experience here. They always greet me with a smile, initiate appropriate friendly conversation and thank me.

I come here strictly for pickups and I've always been completely satisfied with the fast and friendly service.. I firmly believe that most of the complaints probably come from spoiled East-End debutantes who feel that they're entitled to no- wait lines or something 😁

I always have friendly people waiting on me. Maybe I’m friendly so they are too. Much better than St Matthews.

The people are so kind and extremely helpful and friendly. Its little far from my place but i love to drive the extra mile to get a better service.

The 3 employees working on Saturday were friendly and efficient. Wait was about 5 minutes.
