Clean, well organized, shiny new store. Pleasant staff got in got out easily, not crowded easy parking great location for me.

One of my favorite places to go in all of Frederick! Rob and his team are absolutely top notch and always make sure you’re taken care of.

Had yet another great experience at this store. Opened for only a short time I have been there about half a dozen times, the staff is fantastic and when you purchase a tool for 1/3 what it is anywhere else you should know what you are getting. I wanted a large drill press, they were out of stock and the 20% coupon was expiring, the manager wrote me a rain check even though they do not normally do that. Inside track membership is well worth it. I liked the Hagerstown store as well however I am pleased I will not have to drive that far!! Thanks Guys!!

Harbor Frieght is harbor freight. There is an assortment of very cheap tools, some really good bargains and somethings you just bought because they were cheap enough for you to try.
The store is clean, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

As always a great experience, Rob the manager since this store opened makes sure his staff asks if you need help! Terrific place for great prices and good tools.

Great place, my only critique would be how annoying it is that they have two registers, and one has a ridiculous shield over the counter. It makes placing larger items on the counter impossible and taxing to get them scanned. I asked the cashier why one has a shield, and the other counter doesn't. She replied that it is for employees that feel "safer" with the shield. So, I guess Covid is still thriving on one half of the store, but not the other...

First time visiting here. Awesome store. Had what I went in for at a good price. Definitely going back when I have more time to really look around.

I've lived in this area for decades and never made it to this store somehow. It is a very nice store. The people working there were helpful getting a large tool box to my truck and ordering another that was not in stock. I'll be back here often.

Xio was very professional, very fast and well trained
She look for one of my items warranty and after couple minutes she was able to find it
Other store didn't want to look for it but she took the time (fast) to find it and have my tools replaced

Nice area with nice people. Friendly and helpful staff. The tools are what you would expect from a discount tool dealer. Not professional grade but get the job done.

Every tool you can think of and more. All at excellent prices. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Store is easy to get around in. If you can't find something, just ask. Plenty of free close in parking. Parking lot is also very well lighted. Store is handicap accessible. Store has shopping carts in lobby. Fast checkout making it easy and fast in and out.

During my shopping spree on 4/28/2021 Wednesday my son and i were filling our shopping cart up on some miscellaneous items tools , hardware... and a huge great big thank you goes out to the manager working that night and the staff for having such fantastic customer service, as well a pleasure to.just hang out and talk with, made us feel very welcomed. This will always be our first stop for all hardware and tool needs.

We were so impressed by the amazing service we received..above and beyond. So much so looking forward to our next visit.

Great buys, friendly and helpful staff!

First of all, this is the first one in Frederick, and the closest to me aside from hagerstown. It's nice to only have to drive 10 mi to get to it. The store is a little bit smaller than what I'm used to, but - they seem to pack a lot of stuff in. Although a high amount of the items are made in china, some of the power equipment tools have steadily been getting better and better. Many of them are good enough now that you almost can't tell the difference between them and a DeWalt item, except for the price. And if you're ever going to buy a tool when you expect to beat it up and maybe break it on a single hard outing, then this is the place to go to get that expendable tool. You can join their little buyers club and get extra discounts off, that's always nice. I've been able to find something good just about every single time I've been in. Definitely a full thumbs up, and worth the trip.
