Giant Eagle Supermarket

My husband and I took a drive this morning from Southern Maryland toward Hagerstown for an early lunch. We decided to stop through Giant Eagle to see if they had my favorite donuts. They did, of course lol. Well, a huge roll of ground beef caught my husband's eye. He misread the label, thinking that it was on sale. Well, it was but you needed a Giant Eagle card. The cashier, Maria used her card to make sure that we were able to purchase the 9 lbs of ground beef for $19. Thank you Maria for your kind gesture.

My neighbors shop here all the time. I thought I should try it, so I'm glad I did. Unfortunately they don't take EBT online or I'd shop here all the time.

Steve from the meat dept is excellent. He listens to your needs and is always courteous. He aways asks how your day is. I love coming to everyone in the meat dept. Except for the prepackaged meat. We also switched from Giant to Giant Eagle because of the meat department. Go see Steve!!! He is awesome!!!!

I love giant eagle! The food is good, the prices under today's conditions are very reasonable for the quality, the service could use some help but it's still good! They are open late when I forgot the butter and check out super easy. Love my Giant eagle!

Clean store, friendly staff and the best fried chicken in Frederick!

The store is very clean and if your disabled they have power carts for customer use. They have a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables you could not go wrong shopping there. Customer service is excellent and their hot foods very delicious. You've got to try their fried fish and chicken very tasty and if you are a vegetarian to allergens they have great shopping for you to.

Great perks, superb selection and fresh! Gas at GetGo with perks discount is also hard to beat! All around excellent store.

"Ahmed" is one of Giant Eagle's best assets. Such a nice young man and always giving great customer service. I had missed him at the 7th street location and was pleasantly surprised to see him at the West Patrick store!

their prices are good their customer service is pretty cool ,The only thing that I would recommend that you don’t do is eat their coleslaw it taste disgusting🤢🤮. Customer service at the deli is very respectful and helpful. The rotisserie chicken and fried chicken is the best. There is always somebody there to help you in the store. I’m definitely coming back !

Great grocery store always stocked with what you need. customer service is always ready to help, love visiting. But you definitely need to have the store card to get the discounts or ask CS for the store card.

It's very clean and the staff is so nice and polite. Always stocked up on the things I need.
