Nothing can complain about this store. Quick Amazon return. If you get the return codes ready, they can process in 30 seconds. For passport printing, the price is better than Walgreens and Walmart. Walgreens charges me $135 to print out 8 passport photos if you take your standard passport photos on your usb/phone. Walmart has no passport photo service at store any more. Walmart charges $56+ for 8 passport photos. UPS $15.99. I got two different person’s photos. So I paid around $35 including Taxes. The staff are very helpful. It printed out in few minutes. Cut each single one for me.

I was looking for someone to help me get a package from a disabled relative to the UPS store for processing. Lauren gladly assisted. She is friendly, informative and goes out of her way to help! Absolutely the best customer service.

I went into UPS to get some copies made and gather some shipping supplies, and Crystal helped me from the moment I walked into the store, all the way to when i was leaving the store. She was so kind and sweet, this is really the first time I’ve ever seen good customer service at this store. I’m also glad she answered all the questions I had with no hesitation.

My go to for Amazon returns and small packages to send out. Extremely friendly, patient and helpful staff keep me coming back. Very efficient and quick too, never have to wait long or hold up others behind me. Rare to find these qualities in today's rushing world. Thank you!
