Albertsons

Two different departments went above and beyond for me this past week. I was having a small wedding on Valentine's Day and decided to use the floral department for my bouquet and get some personalized chocolate dipped strawberries. Dominic from produce was so helpful and even texted me with questions to make sure everything was to my liking! They were so sweet! I wish I grabbed the florist name but on their busiest day of the year she made my bouquet with no trouble! We had messaged about inspiration pictures to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and it was beautiful! I hope these two get the recognition they deserve!

I found out to late to not put groceries on too quickly, they need to clean off.
There is a sign below, but did not SEE it.

Note to management-
I would suggest a simple sign "wait till clean"
on top edge. This will reduce our goof up.

Always a beautiful shopping experience. The ambiance is soothing and calming. So if I'm not in a rush I can focus and do comparison pricing. If I need to hurry, they will open another register if the line has become lengthy.

Im usually buying meat and their staff is always Always very helpful.

I love Albertsons they are clean friendly and always siling to help. I had a man with 2 kids in front of me he apparently thought he had funds in his account, could pay the tab the Albertsons employee said I can pitch in $20 in which I then replied I'll pick up the rest due to her being nice polite and understanding not like others at the register whom can't let 5 cents slide.

This is the best Albertsons and definitely has the best workers (specifically in the mornings)!!

This place is my new "home store", since moving to New Mexico. I adore all the cashiers and customer service staff. They have reasonable prices, and a lot of sales on the items I buy regularly.
The ONLY thing that bothers me is that they frequently run out of available carts. It's not like the store is packed with people, or that nobody is retrieving the carts. They just need to purchase more carts. <3
Edit: They've gotten more carts! It's been really great... up until yesterday. They have carts, but a portion of them are locked up. So I had to get a cart from a corral (which I'm fully capable of doing, but I feel bad for the elderly and others).
And the same thing happened again today. 😕

Love my Albertson's!! Clean, well-stocked and very friendly!! The meat department is a special gem!! I have shopping here for 27 years!
Great sales!! Be sure to use the app! I am not an app girl, but this one I have! I am always astonished at my savings and special offers including $$ off gas at Chevron!

I love this albertsons more than the other one because I think that they have excellent service and they are so nice and very kind! Everytime when im there the cashier is always nice! I would put her name here but I didn't catch it when I was talking to her!

Fruit selection is good. Strawberries were on sale. Good atmosphere.

I went there because of their fresh vegetables. I also found a sale on frozen vegetables also. Their deli is outstanding.
Albertsons has many items that are as good if not a little bit better than other stores.

Dominic at the Albertson's deli on N. Main in Las Cruces was awesome! I needed a lot of deli items for a funeral that day. I walked into Sam's, showed my card, got what I needed, tried to check out an couldn't. An employee told me I'd have to come back in an hour! Apparently, the person at door let me in when she shouldn't have! I lost an hour of time that I didn't have at Sam's. Left everything at Sam's. Drove to Albertson. Dominic had a lot of orders for that day but he took the time to suggest deli combos, sliced everything, and gave me great ideas to help prepare the trays. He really eased a lot of the stress I was feeling and with his help I was able to arrive in time with the food!

Customer service in general, are excellent! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I recently got hand surgery, and one of the managers helped me with cases of water in my shopping cart no problem, and after purchase an associate helped me load up groceries into my car, no problem!

Great deals/sales...etc

5 stars for the bakery and just the whole store but... if I could give their produce 0 stars I would quit putting molding strawberries out.

Highest quality items and with store sale and the rewards discount, I often get top quality at a price much lower than walmart's cheaper quality.
In addition, the only time something hasn't been up to quality, Albertsons made it right quickly and easily. Highly recommend. sale items vary but it's really easy to shop carefully and get value and quality at a good price. In addition, the variety of choices is unparalleled at any store locally.

The deli has a great selection. Best fried chicken. Get the App, you can find some deals.

Gets pretty busy at times, but the employees are always nice and helpful. The store is kept clean and organized!

Everyone was very nice to me. I need a new hip but do not really tell anyone. I dropped an Alvarado I and a nice lady said let me please get that for you. It made me feel warm all over. All people should follow suit. I know I do!

Nice clean store, kind employees. Always got a good selection on poultry meats and seafood. I always do my shopping here
