Lane Bryant

My daughter and I had the BEST service at your Easton store last week. We had been looking for bras for months, probably over a year. Going from place to place when we decided to give Lane Bryant a try. We had a bad experience at the Polaris store about 18 months ago and didn't think we would ever go back. Well we are now converts. We walked in and knew we were looking for no lace, no underwire bras and were lucky enough to have Bonita come to our rescue. She would check on our fit, see if we needed a different size and when we did, she ran out and got it for us. We came home with 6 bras! I can't tell you how thrilled we are. Our bras were 6 yrs old and well past their prime. We've been looking forever.

I have a very important Formal wedding in 1 week. I haven't had any luck. Until today, I went to your store in braintree ma. As I walked in thinking this is probably going to be another strike out, I heard Wendy your sales associate greet me pleasantly She had such a positive tone and was ready to help right away. I found a couple of pieces and went to try them on ,again I was greeted by Wendy who, noticing my choices commented how she loved my choices. One dress in particular she said was her favorite. I tried some separates she went and got a couple of more to match and complete the outfits. I loved it! Then the dress perfect! I ended up getting both! I sincerely believe had it not been for Wendy's upbeat and positive attitude, which infected me and made me feel better about myself, rather than another bad shopping trip, I left feeling much more positive! I'm finally looking forward to this very exciting wedding! Thank you Wendy, Your superior skills should be recognized! I wish there were more like you! You're one in a million!

As usual, GREAT deals and Allison was patient and amazing helping me to create new work outfits due to working from home for the last 2 yrs and gaining weight. Alex rang me up and she's a sweetheart!

I am part of the Lane Bryant wear testing group. When I am at Lane Bryant I am treated very well by every person that I have come in contact with. The people who work here are kind, pleasant, friendly, and professional every time I am there.

This was the worse service I've ever had in all my years at the Beaumont, tx store. I was left in the changing room for 30 minutes
I asked twice for the girl who was fitting me. She never came back there.

I'm 5'6" and the average pants are too long and the petites are too short. Like their wicking bras
