Very much a normal nice Kroger.

The bakery here is my favorite !!! I did a picture cake for my sister and Raha and the team were AMAZING and hooked me up!!!! I forgot the lady who actually baked the cake but she was so nice and did amazing !!!!! My
Sister loved it !!!

This is a very nice Kroger. It has a Starbucks, wine area, and a bulk food area. It had a make your own 6 pack section.
Beer selection is respectable as is the cheese area.

It's cheap, it's simple, it's kroger. If you wanna blow money, go somewhere else.

This was my first visit to this kroger and I was very pleased with my experience. The store was clean, there were plenty of carts available despite there being and abundance of customers on a Sunday afternoon. There was plenty of fresh meats, cheese, fruits and vegetables available. A quick shout out to the gentleman working the seafood counter. He was awesome and super helpful at making sure I was able to get exactly what I needed.

There where 3 full service lines open at the time and plenty of self checkouts. The cashier was friendly and plenty of baggers.

I was very pleased and satisfied with my shopping experience

The employees are great - young or old, everyone seems to be legitimately happy you're there and not in a weird Old Navy cult-like way if you know what I mean. Lastly, the customers are typically nice and thoughtful of others around them.

This store is well managed with helpful staff. I love the free reward system in which you get fuel points, additional discounts and easy access to coupons. The store is well stocked with everything I usually buy and the checkout lines go pretty fast. The staff is friendly and enjoyable to talk to.

This Kroger is excellent and DEFINITELY the best in the area. I can always find fresh food and produce, and all the extras on top of that. But what really sets then apart if their service. I always get through the check out line quickly and everyone who works there is so nice. I've never taken the time to review anywhere on Google or any other place before but what happened today when I went to get groceries really makes me want to stop and take some time out to recognize the level of excellence they work at. As I was leaving today it just started downpouring. Of course my umbrella was all the way out in my car which was at the end of the parking lot. And of course I had a bunch of perishable things. But one courageous kid who worked there grabbed an umbrella and walked me out to my car, helped me load my groceries into the trunk and even took my cart so I could get out of the rain. That's the kind of stuff the staff at this Kroger does. They really go out of their way to help.

Sara in the WINE DEPARTMENT is a ROCK STAR!!

Sara went over and above and delivered exceptional service without hesitation. I work in the area. I called looking for a specific wine brand. The store didn't carry what I was looking for however that didn't stop her from taking care of my customer needs. She ordered the wine and called as soon as it came in for pick up. We were able to meet in person and she was just as pleasant as she was on the phone in person. Kudos Kroger you have a good one! Thank you Sara! Keep up the great work!

the store is always clean and well-lit, making items easy to find. each and every associate is friendly and willing to help if the need arises. even through their renovations, everything I need is accessible and fully stocked. I go in the morning for the free smiles.

One of the best Kroger's there is it is so clean the people are very nice and helpful if you have a problem. I don't really care for the one by me that's why I travel to the good one. They have a lot here also that my Kroger's doesn't have by me. Go there maybe you will like it too.

Krogers is good to shop at for groceries. This location was clean and well kept. A large parking lot and from what I've seen the workers there are friendly and helpful. Would recommend

I had multiple problems with the Stoneridge Kroger. They would tell me items weren't available yet when I went in the store, the items were there. After several frustrating times, I decided to give the Kroger in New Albany a try. A little further to drive but so worth it!! These kids are top notch in this store. They go over and aboveground

The store is very well laid out, and the staff is very friendly. They have two aisles dedicated to organics and natural foods. The store is very well laid out compared to other Kroger's in the area where it doesn't make sense that bake ware and kitchenette items are located between the produce/deli and the rest of the grocery section.

The only minor ding against this store is the lack of space around the self checkout lines. Those lines can get pretty messy, and there's no clear cut way to line up. Other than that, I highly recommend this Kroger!

Excellent place to shop, eat, and work. I highly recommend doing all three. The managers and up line of Kroger's are very professional and personable. Each department in this Kroger operates in a very excellent manner!!

Love this location! Lines are never very long and staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy to get in and out of, I prefer this over Giant Eagle when it comes to their quality in produce and meat department.

This location is very nice, with attractive wooden floors in the produce section, beautifully displayed fruits and vegetables, and a fantastic selection of high-end cheeses. As always with Kroger, you'll find much better prices here than other major groceries.

Actually above a 5 star! This Kroger Store is incredible! Always shopped at Whole Foods for I will say that the Kroger in New Albany tops Whole Foods and will continue to shop at Kroger in New Albany. Their personal touch proves that they care deeply about their customers that make a special trip over to shop. They go above and beyond.

Every time I visit this Kroger, I'm greeted by employees that are friendly and helpful. I'm always impressed with the produce section, and the selection of certain products, like iced tea for example, is copious and varied. I like this place a lot.

PHARMACY!! Service is always prompt and friendly. Mariann has, more than once, called my physician to expedite my script. Not that I asked her to, she is just sooooo extra!! Above and beyond every time.
