Absolutely loved our experience here. Abi and Elaine were fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, and invested in helping us. The shop is full of great furniture with equally great prices. I’d highly recommend. Don’t go to a big box furniture store with pushy salesman — this quaint shop with amazing sales professionals will put them to shame!

High Quality Goods. Hit and miss selection but that's high quality stuff.

While I have purchased beautiful things from Trove in the past, a recent custom order I placed with Trove has completely turned me off from shopping there in the future. I placed the order on 7/24 and was told I would have it in 6 weeks. I was told it would ship 8/24 and when I reached out 8/27 for confirmation they said the shipment slid to be 9/9-ish or shipping 7 weeks after my order, arriving 8 weeks after my order. When I reached out to explain my disappointment in the situation their team was not helpful and frankly seemed very put off by the fact that I was reaching out at all. I worked with someone via email and then called to speak to a manager and received more of the same “it is what it is” attitude. No offer to discount my order or deliver it to my home for free to make up for the inconvenience and the poor customer service. I wasn’t buying a pillow, it was an expensive custom piece of artwork. Not pleased at all and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Still have yet to receive my order...Would not recommend.
