AT&T Store

Joseph was a life saver and so incredibly helpful! I went into this store with my sister to help her switch plans and after seeing how simple he made it to get a new plan and phone I came back later that same day. When the phone arrived he was so helpful in getting it set up. Great experience and would recommend it to everybody.

I can’t emphasize how helpful Joseph has been! I called this location to ask a few questions after having some trouble with my previous phone carrier. Joseph was able to answer all of my questions and later help me when I arrived at the store. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He made the process of switching to AT&T and getting a new phone so painless, I convinced the rest of my family to do the same! He took the time to help each one of us and made sure we got the phones and plans that were right for us. Can’t thank him enough!

I came into the store and needed to purchase a new phone. We had a lot of questions and problems that were resolved by Joseph. He was a phenomenal help, and anyone should seek his help if you are coming in!!

Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He spent the better part of 3 hours helping through a terrible situation that nobody else in the ATT stratosphere could seem to be bothered with. He helped make the best of a bad situation and went the extra mile to ensure we left completely satisfied.

James was literally the most helpful, patient, kind, and lovely human! He went above and beyond for both me and my friend got new phones.

My wife and I ( retired in our 70’s) had a recent problem with our AT&T cell phones (IPhone 8’s) and went to the Watertown store on Sunday morning and were greeted by Joseph. He was exceptional. Knowledge and patient with a great demeanor. He solved our problem and suggested we upgrade and get the trade in value on each phone. He suggested IPhone 14’s and we got them and couldn’t be happier. All in all a great experience with Joseph.

Jak was a great help to us at the store. He answered any questions we had, wasn’t too pushy and let us make our own decisions on what phones and plan we chose. We both left the store happy because Jak made the experience easy and painless.

Best phone service of my life yesterday from Joseph! The address for the store was incorrect on Apple Maps, and he stayed on the phone with me, called me an Uber from my current location, and stayed 30 minutes after his shift to help me get set up with my new phone! They’ve got a lifelong customer now :)

James at the Watertown AT&T store went above and beyond with helping my husband and I! I came in to trade in my phone for the new iPhone 14 and James took the time to walk me through the benefits and help me transfer my old phone to new. During that process my husband also decided to upgrade. We will be visiting James and his staff due to their relationship building and caring for their customers needs.

I had a terrible experience with AT&T support for a week before going to the AT&T store at the Arsenal Yards in Watertown. The issue revolved around the mandated UI upgrade that made it unable for me to make or receive phone calls. When I arrived at the store Michael was nothing but helpful and we could not have asked for better assistance. Not only did he understand the issue we were having but he also alerted us to a wonderful upgrade option where I was able to turn in my broken phone and get a new one, which ended up at being no cost to me (in the end.) He was terrific and restored our faith in AT&T after such a frustrating experience during the week. Thank you, Michael!!

James, jak and Michael spent hours fixing my device issue for me and they was very nice, I had a issue with my Samsung device wasn't getting any network but they was able to fix it when others couldnt. Even customer service couldn't help me over the phone. I will come back
