Rite Aid

Very pleased this Rite Aid store carries my particular brand and color of makeup. Paid less for same exact makeup, previously purchased at other pharmacy/retail stores. Store was clean and cashier was polite, friendly and patient. Put a smile on my face and made my day. Thank you.

It's so nice when the pharmacist knows your name. All the staff are friendly and efficient.

Excellent employees, Saved my life getting me a shot for covid-19. No car so senior bus brought me. Tried everywhere else, but they got me in. Very kind pharmacy staff.

I am a regular at this Rite Aid location and I have had many great experiences there from helpful employees. But this is one experience that I will never forget. A cashier named Shannen went above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. She was informative, patient, charming, personable, and an all around sweetheart. Having to walk back and forth from performing non-cashier duties and back up front to the register, she always did so with a smile on her face. Without her help, I wouldn’t have been able to make my purchases successfully and she even helped me save a little more money! If Shannen reads this please let her know I am forever grateful for the help I received!

Love this Rite Aid! The employees in store & pharmacy are so friendly & helpful. Remembering customers all by name, never letting customers look lost trying to find things. The employees come to the customers to offer assistance, always go above & beyond to find your item,order or tell u when its expected in. The plenty card saves customers $ and they normally have good sales. I always look for certain things at Rite Aid knowing they are cheaper than meijer/Walmart. Employees from meijer/Walmart could use lessons in friendly customer service from Rite Aid employees. Rite Aid, I hope you take great care of your store & pharmacy staff as it is them who have us coming back again & again.
