Metro by T-Mobile

I was told to get a home Internet modem from them by T-Mobile on the phone and he told me NOT TO LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE, just come in the store. I wasn't supposed to have to pay for the equipment and he said it was $50.00 cash! I think he was going to pocket the cash! UPDATE:🌟❤ I received a call from the owner regarding my experience and we had a great talk. He explained to me about the T-Mobile Internet and the Metro Internet and how different they are! And he assured me that NOBODY was going to "pocket any cash" and how EVERY ITEM gets counted on camera! NO THEFT IN THAT STORE ❤ I'M VERY Pleased with the fact that the owner of the store took time to reach out to me! I'm happy and I'll be shopping at this store permanently! Thanks again Chase

I went in the store to change phone carriers and get their home internet services. Chase assisted me with everything taking almost 2 hours of his time to get me squared away while still assisting other customers at the same time. This is the only metro location I have used or will ever use. If you want a true customer service experience go see Chase and crew. Thank you again Chase for the great service and experience.

Chance at the Highland store is amazing. I changed phones and he helped me multiple times. He was always very helpful and polite.

This Metro PCS store is located in corner of the shopping plaza. Great staff and they had the model phone I wanted in stock, which was great! No one else had it!

I lost my phone and Chase helped me retrieve all my information that I thought was lost with the phone

Ryan was great. Went out of his way to give me his wifi password. Showed me lots of great thing that my phone couldn't do that I knew nothing of. Very patient and helpful. Dresses really nice. Always has a nice shirt on 👍🏻👍🏻. And super clean store.

Coming in to get a new phone, I was in and out faster than I ever have been before. Ryan made sure everything was quickly taken care of, made sure everything was correctly in place, and even made sure I was up to date with everything I could be like my data package. This man even shook my hand and thanked me for doing business and welcomed me to the Metro PCS family. That’s the little extra touch that makes a great experience.

Made it pretty painless to get a couple new phones. Price was ok, service was & is excellent.

The guys here are awesome..
I recently had to get myself and my daughter new phones and the guy that helped me answered my questions and truthful told me what he thought.
My daughter is special needs and he joked with her, constantly told me how sweet he thought she was, he was a all around good guy!
My daughter even talked to him and that says a lot!! She usually doesn't talk when we are in public!! :-)
Definitely go to this store!!

Greatest store ive been to. Ryan was the best salesmen. Gave me the best deals on phones. And even free stuff. Definitely recommend
