Travis and Nathan (Hopefully I remembered their names right) deserve a raise! Super helpful at the last minute... the literal reason why I was able to make it back home across the state. 5 stars would work with them again, ideally under different circumstances!

I needed a new battery and didn’t have the tools to change it myself. The Benjamin the store manager himself came out and assisted me with the battery swap, even though the store was busy he still found the time to make sure I was okay. If I ever have any car needs, I will definitely be going back to this store.

It is a good place, the team serves you courteously and they are knowledgeable about the stock they have. Simply a place where as a customer I feel very comfortable

I visit here often and have been coming for years. DeVonte always helps me. Great customer service. They are a parts store, so no service such as wheel alignment , etc.. thats what a shop or dealer is for . Please know your make and model of your car. They cannot help you if you don't know your car information . I'm a woman and I know all about my car so no excuses . Read up on your car . They are not a miracle worker 😂

So impressed and grateful for the fantastic service and courtesy Mike S. gave my wife and I today! I needed a new battery ASAP, this location was the only one open late enough. We walked in 10 minutes before closing (Yes, we were THOSE people 🙄) I fully expected to be told "no" or be met with an eye roll and or an annoyed tone. But instead, Mike was super friendly and welcoming, he found us the best battery for the best price, was able to find us a discount, AND installed it for us right there on the spot, even though it was already closing time. We were in, out, payed, and had my new battery installed in less than 15 minutes! Thank you, Mike! You're the best! Definitely my new go- to place!

This place rocks! They help you find stuff and explain to noobs like me to take the plunge and learn to fix my own car. Everyone there is super friendly and inclusive and really just love cars and car culture which is all that really matters when you go in to find stuff to take care of your ride. The lifetime warranty on certain parts gives me peace of mind and the deals are not bad. Cars should be a hobby and passion and these guys are part of that process.

Mike is my favorite person at this store! He has created and maintained a connection with me and my family. He always provides excellent service and a friendly attitude, and always knows the right part for the job. While I like and appreciate the other associates and their help, I keep coming back because of Mike (and because my car is a pos and I’m always repairing something). Kudos to him for being so awesome! Give that man a raise!

Avoid the "IN" door. It doesn't open all the way and you'll likely JAR YOUR ARM on the way in. Yes, I asked them to properly adjust the door and its possibly an act of Congress to put in that work order. Lmao. Just use the out door ALWAYS. Just saying. Oh & I luv the place. I'm in there once a week. Always accommodating. Great service. Awesome employees.

Had windshield wiper blades purchased from AutoZone, one of which had been recently subject to a sort of disruption causing it (unbeknownst to me) to become "unlocked." Although I knew something was off, I didn't know what it was. I always purchase my wiper blades and car stuff here because customer service is a priority for AutoZone. Stopped by yesterday and Devante kindly took a look at my wiper, locked it back in for me, and checked with me about that wiper now being the way it should be. Thank you, Devante!! It gave me a peace of mind to have this addressed, especially being in the month of February when there is more snow/precipitation to have to drive through. Thanks for caring about me...love your store, looking forward to visiting again

Certainly my go to Auto Parts store for each vehicle or motorized shenanigan. Staff has always been helpful and pleasant. Stock levels kept up well with alternatives if needed. and this isn’t AutoZone‘s fault but I’m pretty sure I pay for at least two salaries with how many batteries I go through. But I guess that’s the price you pay when they offer a full isle of LED lights for your vehicle.

Good selection of car maintenance and repair tools and products. Clean store and usually has someone there with automotive repair knowledge. Prices are as good as you'd find anywhere else. Also lots of parking at this location.

My nephew and I were driving back to Mississippi 880miles when the heat in our truck died. Mike was the most helpful person I have ever meet in any retail establishment. He went far above and beyond in helping us. Only thanks to him are we now making our journey home not freezing to death.

Went inside because my windshield blade came off on the freeway while raining (it was my first time putting one on, complete fail), to buy another blade. The cashier guy put it on for me (THANK YOU). Got back on the road in under five minutes. I love how quick they are.

Always good service from this store. The workers are knowledgeable and they do their job with a sense of pride. Thanks guys.

I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that helped me. He was extremely helpful, saved me a lot of money, and gave great advice for different aspects of car repair. I’ll be back for sure.

I'm not sure who was working when I went in but he was awesome! He was very helpful in finding what kind of windshield wiper replacement I needed for my car and after, he even offered to put it on for me which I think is just top notch customer service. It was a fast and helpful visit.

HUGE THANKS to Mike for going wayyy above and beyond the call of duty today! One of our drivers pulled in to your store leaking brake fluid very badly. Mike took it upon himself to help our guy fix a fitting and get him back on the road without having to come 50 miles back to the shop for repair!! It's stuff like this that keeps our faith in people! Thanks again Mike! Hope it comes back 10 fold!!
