Kroger

Hadn't been to Kroger in a long time. Kroger had helpful employees and good prices and value. Also had a choice between self check out and regular check out.

I love this store the staff makes this store so great. Usually there pretty stock up of course now so items are hard to find. The store is super clean and they are doing there part to keep use feed and safe. Also the store is A perfect size not to big. My go to when it's time to grocery shop. Thanks to everyone working so hard during this crazy time of life.

Nice clean well-stocked store. Only one register open, all others were do it yourself. I prefer a human since I had a lot of coupons but I helped to bag.

Beyond how clean store is, the lady manager and all clerks I encountered on Tuesday night (11/22) were amazing in handling issues brought to them by customer. When the recycle center was closed, they were willing to manually count empty bottles to help their customer; when there was dispute on price of items due to adaptation of mobile app. The lady manager patiently and passionately take extra effort and time to solve the problem for customer’s best interest and satisfaction. I would love to keep shopping here, this is “issue free" and "risk-free” store!

I really like Novi Kroger. The shelves are always stocked. The freezer and fridge section us always full. It's nice an clean inside. The lines move fast. Staff is very friendly.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store. The store is SO CLEAN, and the Store Manager, Mike, went above and beyond to help me with a last-minute bulk order. 5 stars!

For how shorthanded this store is, their staff is doing everything they can. There are at least a few employees who recognize me and know me by name, even though I only come in once a week. Sometimes my drinks and other things I normally get are sold out, but it's okay because I don't have to have them.

I have no problem waiting a couple of extra minutes as they are human and not machines.

The store is clean and well organized. They have good prices and the discounted items are easy to find. Lenora is my favorite employee. Our paths cross frequently as she's putting the samples out in the produce section. I have never seen anyone so dedicated to their job in taking pride and making sure the samples are fresh with no chance of getting contaminated from other people's dirty hands. The samples are in lidded cups. This is the only store I have seen this being done at. In addition, she always wears a smile and is so welcoming and friendly it lifts my spirits when I see her. Overall, this is a great Kroger.

I had Kroger make all the food for my daughters baptism, 40 people and it was great. Food was delicious, not expensive, and the service was excellent. Everything was ready on time, and they rushed through the check out so we could get the food to our party hot. The ladies behind the deli counter were so nice and helpful. I would have them Cater any party!

Chris, i believe from Customer Service is a life saver. He found my wallet after i purchased some groceries and called me right away! Everything was still intact and it's awesome to have someone as great as him on your staff.

Stopped by this Kroger for a few necessary items today! The employees were pleasant, patient ( you really have no eggs?) and working extremely hard to stock shelves. I was moved when I heard the manager thank them over the loud speaker and offer them free pizza on their breaks! Way to go Novi Kroger!

My fav Kroger location! Always great customer service and with that I appreciate how the associates volunteer to carry my groceries to my car as well as put them in my trunk for me! Being that I'm handicapped it is something that I truly appreciate. The store is always well stocked, clean and organized. The cashiers are fast, friendly and efficient always greeting you with a smile. The baggers are just as friendly as I mentioned before and their willingness to carry my groceries. I would recommend this store to anyone they would never let you down!

Set up is great, and they have a very large natural and organic food section; compared to one isle, like most other locations have. It's clean and has a nice deli, cheese, and meat department.

Great place for groceries and milk items.

I love Kroger and this store. Please put more places for people to put their carts away. The parking lot is always littered with carts and it’s frustrating. All employees here are awesome.

Bought a mega millions ticket here the other day and won a billions dollars. Really enjoyed my experience. 5 stars!

This was my first time going to look for products, it was a super clean supermarkets, great selection of major brands of products. I feel they are better priced on most of their products items in all areas of the supermarkets.

Everyone was very friendly. I didn't wait long to checkout. I really like I can find items at this location that I normally can't find at others.

Good selection of organic foods. There is a Starbucks inside as well as a sushi station. Produce was great on our particular visit.
