AT&T Store

Dominick at the Shrewsbury MA store did a excellent job explaining everything and he fixed all my issues. He should get a promotion or a pay raise. He is a true professional. You don't find workers like him nowadays that don't cut corners and like to get the job done the right way. AT&T is very blessed to have him on their team.

All love for JOSHUA. he helped us All day. The store should give him more help (like staff) he is running around like crazy trying to make sure everyone was happy. He is amazing at what he does. He just needs more hands on deck bc it looks like he does EVERYTHING ! THANK YOU JOSHUA for helping us

I went to this store last night with my family,and I had the best services ever.
First, my family and I got there late after 7 pm. we were still able to do what we come to do, with no rush, and on top of that, my 3 toddlers were with me. There was so loud. Stiwar P was very patient and understanding and took his time to help us with all the questions we had.

Dominic took the time to help me with some minor issues I was having with my new plan
He contacted the correct people and resolved my issue it’s nice having service and not just being told what website to go on . Great customer service !

Josh, Kevin and Chris at your store I have been absolutely amazingly helpful. Out of all the AT&T stores this is the only one that we will go to me and my wife and will continue to go to. They definitely deserve a raise and some credit to what they do do for their customers

Kevin helped me transfer my services over from Spectrum Mobile to AT&T unlimited mobile plan. He gave me no hassle with my trade in and also educated me on ways to lower my bill. I just moved to Massachusetts and my former services did not serve me justice in the area, but with a little research I discovered that AT&T has the best service for the state and area. I can attest to this and that the customer service is just as excellent.

Josh was amazing. We had a very complicated transaction!! He was able to multi task, helped us and 3 others!!!! Awesome job Josh!!

I had the best experience at this store working with Roger. He was knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. I went in frustrated about my phone being broken , so he helped me out and got me set up with a new iPhone XR. Roger helped me transfer all my contacts and photos to my new phone, quickly and painlessly.

I highly recommend this store and I will be back again for any future purchases!!

I had the most wonderful experience at this store. Roger was wonderful, he was patient, kind, took his time explaining the products. He was extremely knowledgeable, and even found out about a warranty that saved me money. Would recommend this store to anyone.

Just got back from this store and couldn’t wait to write a review because this was the best customer service I’ve EVER dealt with. Ashraf set me up with a brand new iPhone for a really good price. I’m very satisfied with what they’ve done for me, all while smiling and making me laugh. If I could rate over 5 stars I would. I might visit just for fun because the crew there was great to hang out with. The way Ashraf’s hair flowed was also really elegant. All in all, the best experience I’ve had at an AT&T store in a very long time.

I had to set up phones for my family in Northern California. Steve N.listened, asked questions, and set everything up for me. He was very professional, nice, and thorough. I recommend him if you are ever at this store.

Great experience there was helped by the staff immediately versus surrounding locations. Came in with a big family and we were able to get new phones with exact detail on the process itself and afterwards !

It was Friday evening and we needed assistance activating a new phone received the day before in the mail. As a new customer on my sons AT&T account and my first iPhone, I had some concerns. Best customer service ever from Luan the service representative!!
