Osco. Inside Shaws, is great. They will do anything they can to help you, very unusual these days. Becky is especially nice, friendly and helpful every time I go there.

The place was clean with a good product variety. Employees were friendly and efficient.

I’m relatively new to the area but I’ve been coming to this grocery store on a frequent basis. It’s like most other grocery stores, sometimes it’s busy and packed other times it’s kind of dead. Good sale prices here compared to other stores. Constantly see workers putting products on the shelf when it seems things are running low. I recently came in right before Christmas and as I expected it was busy. One of the ladies in front of me began complaining about an issue she had with the app and they had to call a manager over. A young kid came and quickly helped out the woman who was giving the cashier a hard time. The manager, Keano was very polite and attentive towards the customer and then went as far as getting on a register and taking me and and more customers. It’s good to see that the management here is able to help needed .

I was so pleased to shop at this particular Shaw's. I've been having bad luck at grocery stores in general but this one was clean and well stocked. The produce wasn't gross even though it was later in the evening. Best of all the employees were friendly and one guy in particular saw the line was long and jumped on a register and then another staff member did the same so they went from one register to three in a matter of minutes. As I was leaving I heard the supervisor thank the worker for jumping on the register. It was nice to see a manager treating staff with gratitude.

Clean, fresh looking, large selection of foods.

Haven't been there for years but heard an ad for steak tips. So glad we went. Spent $123.00 and saved $117.00 with the sale prices. Have 10 meat packages after splitting family pack up for 10 meals for 2 people. Cannot believe the incredible deals we got. Will absolutely be checking the flyers now. So impressed

Love Shaw's! Their rewards program is easy and it saves us a lot of money on the items we usually buy! Definitely sign up and get customized rewards! There's no reason to pay full price all of the time or just buy items when they go on sale!

They have cheaper pieces and pizza station is so cool... rulings measured out to but which are fresh. So you buy the dough n sauce all components are right there add if it was a pizza shop. Also great selection of produce and my favorite, progresso soup.

Love this place! The people who work here are awesome! I always order ahead and pick up. They are super fast and nice!

I just want to say that I shopping experience tonight earlier around 8 p.m. or so was very pleasant , it was a front end supervisor name Rachel who is so kind and friendly* and knows everything about customer service... she really knows how to make a person's day and to end it off in a great way to feel about yourself!!! Thanks so much Rachel for being such a good person to me and my friend tonight... you definitely deserve a 5-star rating and maybe this can get you a bonus, 🌟 or maybe even a raise 👍 !!! As a person who tries to go out as little as possible because of social anxiety I don't often find myself grocery shopping. This store in particular I dont really go to much but today it was close and I gave it a shot. There was a cashier/bagger there that really made me feel almost like be was my friend because he was very positive and seemed happy to help. Sorry if I misspell his name but it's jaedon? Jeadon? One of those two. Checking out is always the most stressful for me so the way he handled it was greatly appreciated. I just wanted to leave a positive review because it's clear he put in effort to treat me well.

Prices are low and there are a lot of sales each time to save with...The people are very helpful and very polite ...

Personnel were extremely helpful, polite, friendly and found an item for me. And, as an elder, and shopping quite late at night, their courtesy to me was truly appreciated.

Shaws Gold Star is fantastic. It has changed so much the past few years. I go weekly for great sales, very helpful staff , and plenty of cashiers. It's a completely different store from a few years ago.

Love shaws always get a good deal it seems when I go there like my 12packs of MUST HAVE COKES for only 3bux a piece? YES MAAM ILL TAKE AS MANY AS I CAN LOL (unfortunately it was a limit of 1 a day BUT for ALL of OCTOBER sooooo, yeah I stocked up hehee

This is a nice supermarket. It's in White City a good area of Shrewsbury and convenient for people who are lower-income in Worcester. Thanks Shaw's for being such a valuable resource!
