The UPS Store

I frequent this UPS store regularly due to its proximity to my residence. Without fail, each visit has been a delightful experience, whether I'm handling Amazon returns, notary work, or any of my shipping needs. Saeed, in particular, has consistently stood out during my interactions. His patience, kindness, and diligent approach to his work make every visit smooth and efficient. Having a UPS store near my home that I genuinely enjoy visiting is truly a convenience.

Love this place! Super helpful and friendly staff who provide patient, excellent service. I mostly receive packages there, but I have also used other services. It's always the same - good!

Ted provided outstanding customer service! He was very patient with explaining the different shipping options I had for my package, every time I come here everyone is so friendly.

I have been going here for years. I have always found the service excellent. The staff has always been helpful and polite.

I had to return a package for a refund, and it being of high value and fragile, knew I needed some help managing the shipment. The staff went above and beyond to help me! They packed my item better than I could have ever tried on my own, consulted me in my shipping options, and helped me feel fully confident that my package would be well cared for (and it was)! Oh, and they were friendly throughout the entire process. This was hands down the BEST UPS store, even out of any shipping store, experience I have had.

The service here is friendly and reliable. I have come here for mailing and notary services. The staff is always courteous And helpful. I have only had one mailing issue, and that was not even a fault of this store, but was caused by the UPS store on the receiving end. I was truly impressed with the way the manager of the Foster City UPS store went out of her way to facilitate a resolution with the other UPS store, especially when everything was done correctly by this one. That is amazing customer service!

This store offers good solid service with a smile. Renting a mailbox ( my new address) here was easy and they also printed my business cards and stationary with the new address. Thank you guys! Here again (Sept 23 2019) ... actually been to this store many times since my visit last October 2018 and I have to say IT IS ALWAYS a pleasure doing business with them. I wanted to genuinely thank the manager and the staff that I was able to retrieve an important document of mine. Last Saturday, I went to use the copying machine, but after done using it, due to my own carelessness, I forgot to take the original copy with me. Fortunately, they noticed and stored it away, so when I realized the mistake and went back looking for it the next business day, I was very fortunate to have my document back.

I have a mailbox here and go there once or twice a week and they are very professional and always help me whether sending items back to Amazon, or to a retail store. Yes, sometimes they are quite busy but then it is up to me to decide or come another time. With the pandemic customers have to line up 6 feet apart but they work fast. Anyway, I have a mailbox here and one in Sunnyvale and both are very helpful.

I needed help shipping a tv (obv risky but I had no choice) i had spoken to a few other stores who sounded like were trying to find reasons not to take the package. One went so far as to say it is goin to be thrown around like any other package but we can ship it if you want. All around not helpful at all. I called Jesse at the ups in foster city and he was patient and cautioned me there is risk in doing it but explained he would do the best he could to help me. He was honest, patient and understanding and I felt fine whether it came to me broken or not. I just received the tv and it’s in perfect condition. If it wasn’t for Jesse helping me, I doubt I’d have the same experience.

I went to the UPS Store at Foster City Blvd for Ntary. One of the employees who assisted me , Saeed is a well experienced Notary. He treated me with care and explained the difference between California and other States. He attached the right certificates with my documents and with his assistance and help, I was able to send my documents through overnight delivery.

This is a great UPS store. The staff is friendly and efficient. They hire smart people. Unlike the one in Marlin Cove where I have left the store multiple times in frustration. I will go out of my way to go to this UPS store
