Hey It has been a few years since I have been back to this great shop. I was learning to clip my own dogs and Kevin set me up with great products 10 years ago. They have held up and he has excellent knowledge of the many different models and features of clippers. Today, I returned with a repair, and needed a new clipper with different features. I brought in my older pair for repair. I have to say, the store is stocked with so many different products, I was happy to have his advice on a new clipper. Kevin is friendly, professional, and has been so helpful with a person new to using clippers and how to care for them etc. . Have to say, I have better looking dogs now than I did when I first started. If you need help or want excellent selection. THIS is the place.

The current ~2.7 rating doesn't reflect the experience that I had. I ordered what I wanted online, the product was processed and shipped the same day and then it was delivered very quickly in an expected new condition. Shipping is kinda high I guess, compared to a certain A to Z company, but I'm more than willing to pay a little more for a local shop.

This is my go to place for sharpening blades and clipper repairs. I started having them sharpen my clipper blades after some bad jobs with local shops. A little out of my way, but the job is done right. Left a review after reading all the negative ones and wanted to throw in my 2 cents

I walked in and was overwhelmed with the vast selection of products. They had everything I wanted in-stock and allowed me to plug in and hold everyone to see which exact model I wanted. Customer service was beyond exceptional from both the sweet lady upfront and the manager. I got an in-person viewing of the clown show of the guy who leaves bad reviews from multiple accounts. The dirt bag repeated lines from each negative review, made threats and acted tough like he wouldn't budge on his point of view, only to cave in and BUY MORE products from a place he called CROOKED and from people he called SCAMMERS. I spent over $700 in the store on my Wahl 5 Star Collection and it was the best investment I made with a small mom & pop shop. Their store policy is simple and better than other stores, so no complaints from me. The biggest BONUS is their LOW PRICES which is lower than 98% of online sources! You also have the option of servicing, repairs or purchasing parts to service & repair yourself. This is a true 1 stop shop.

Went there cause I needed my trimmers done for a sharp clean cut. Did a $10 deposit, so he could fix my clippers. Said it would be done in 4 weeks. After the 2nd week, started reading the reviews and got worried but when the 4th week came. I called and he told me my clippers were ready!!! Now my haircuts have been super sharp and he recommended getting a razor which has been the best investment to myself. Definitely coming back!!!

Great little shop with the parts I needed to get my old clippers going again. Lots of great stuff here if you feel like holding clippers/shears/whatever in your hands before buying them; prices are a little higher than online but the service is great and you don't have to pay for expedited shipping if you need it quick, you can just walk in, so cheaper overall. Staff seem knowledgeable and store is inclusive to dog groomers as well as barbers/hair stylists, which is a huge plus for me. Parking can be difficult around noon since there are lots of restaurants around, and you want to turn in on the clairmont mess blvd side if you are coming from the 15, otherwise many u turns will be in your future.

I’ve seen lots of terrible reviews for this place but this is by far one of the most thorough and nice people I’ve ever met in store I’ve bought a lot of items from them and they will continue having my business I’ve had my clippers serviced as well multiple times and have never had any issues they’re very professional and everything is laid out and honest for all customers the workers are very knowledgeable and the service is fantastic and their prices are super reasonable will continue to be a frequent flyer for as long as I’m a barber and probably after!

this store has everything you want, I only talk to customer service one time because I bought two Senior Wahl Clippers by mistake and they told me send it back with no problem. I get all my clippers and trimmers from them, they have everything. Just waiting on those Wahl 100th edition Cordless Seniors to ship out. Great store.

Orders a pair of black label masters. Super fast shipping and the package was secure. However, scratching my head a little. My black label masters have gold writing instead of the silver. Reallly curious why this is..

Great service and reasonable prices cheaper than sallys or united beauty supply. They are very acknowledge and the fact that perform service. Saves you from sending clippers off or buying new ones. The rep was very friendly and answered all my questions. Thank you guys yall have me for life.

Kevin has the best selection of barber supplys and he fixes what he sells customer service is unparalleled. Sometimes it takes longer to get my clippers fixed but quality takes time .it is a great sjop I jighly recommend it

Options galore! They have a huge selection of professional clippers, blades, shears, and supplies. It's a little out of my way but I always make a point to come here because they have way better stuff than Sally's, Empire, CosmoProf, or Salon Centric when it comes to tools and accessories.

Just shopped at this store & I’m so freaking happy! The lady that works there was super helpful and nice 👍🏼 it was a far drive but so worth my time !!!
