This is the best UPS store I’ve ever been to! The staff is very friendly and efficient. Everything is quick when I come in. They’re a new store and I’ve been coming here since the day they opened. Won’t go anywhere else but here, forever.

I am not sure why this store doesn’t have 5 stars. They must have gotten a new staff since the bad reviews because I receive the best customer service every time I go here. I am very happy going to this ups store over the post office and fedex. Very helpful and very friendly staff. nothing but positive reviews for the crew that works here. Keep it up! UPS IS THE BEST!

Very convenient location! Friendly and very helpful staff. Hold for pickup package is a fixed rate $15 per box, great when you are full time on the road.

This has been my main UPS location. It's located in balboa avenue in the nicest part of town,food,many other stores to include vons groceries across from it. They just installed over fifty electric charge stations in the parking lot. Enough on the exterior, this ups store is full service and the manager is a SDSU graduate,go Aztecs! All of the staff is well experienced that I have met, although, I have seen two new female employees. They can mail nearly anything handle all returns, even if you were going to kohls for a amazon return. The line staff will assist you with changing your return location, far above their job pay because they actually care! It's a busy store and at times I have seen about seven employees working. I do keep a mailbox here too and if they can they discount if you ask for it....as it applies, military. Store inside is impressive as they have a toddler train toy center desk... Ample self help computer and package desks about five. Always has scissors, cutting tools and trash cans everywhere. Also, they are pet friendly with food and water bowl placed outside.... Just please don't let your pet take a dump inside and you leave it as was the case recently, so sad. I've only been to one other place if business on this level. My score is a 11 out of ten. Ofcourse, while this is a busy location if you like smaller tranquil setting ups in Santee comes in first place.

This store is excellent! I had a complicated work load, and needed to make some copies, have something notarized and then ship it off. The staff was so helpful and took good care of me. While I was there, I found out they had a complete print shop that I also used to order Business cards, and personalized office goods. Thank you staff of this UPS Store, you rock!

Excellent COVID notary service! I just got a will notarized and they even provided two witnesses per California law. The manager was very helpful and acted as one of my witnesses. Everybody was masked up as required including me, so don’t forget yours. I’ve been there before for other notarizations and to mail packages, always with excellent service. Will definitely go back.

I needed to print 100 copies of my wedding program. I came 15 minutes before they were about to close and Cliff helped me figure out how to print the programs and get them exactly how I wanted them to look. He stayed 45 min after closing to help us. He was so helpful and happy to do it. This place gets 5 stars because it is the cheapest place per sheet to print color or black and white and also because Cliff was so awesome.

One of the best store I ever dealt with, the service is grate and unbelievable fast the price is reasonable

Helpful but expensive to get things notarized.

Refused to pick up my USPS shipment, to my understanding any UPS can get a USPS shipment and don't give me a pick up receipt. But they refused. It was raining and I couldn't drive around for safety. Thanks store 6322.

Do NOT use this store for Amazon returns. They take a ridiculous amount of time than necessary to scan items and begin the return process to Amazon. It’s been over 5 days and they still haven’t scanned my items into the system. I had to get Amazon involved to tell them to move it along. They have a ton of excuses and don’t care for customers. I dropped of another return package to Amazon at the UPS store on mission center road and I got an email notification when I got home that my item was scanned and the return process had been initiated. Avoid this location at all costs!
