Great staff working. Always greeting people when i walk in. I've seen them put up with a lot especially during this pandemic but they manage to hold it together. I asked the cashiers if I can get air and they mentioned the CA law "its free only for fuel paying customers" and so they were kind enough to exchange some bills for quarters. They usually have all of the new products when I walk in. I like that they are taking their time to serve and prepare drinks, just shows that they care for their customers, keeping the are clean and safe. Great service.

Nice people. Obviously they don’t take credit. (No Arco/ampm do). Helpful, polite staff. I go here regularly for gas/ snacks and drinks.

This is the closest station to my home. Have had good customer service here!

Typical AM PM with Arco gas. Additional .35 cent fee to use debit card. Usually have decent coffee. Can get really busy certain times of day, as well as the intersection it is located at (ie rush hour).

Stay away! They post $3.49 gas (20 cents cheaper than the Chevron across the way) with the trick that in the middle of December you have to buy a $7.99 20 lb bag of ice, then they'll give you back some of the money. Just go to Costco and get gas for the same price instead dealing with their deception!

I’ve been to this location multiple times and now I question how clean their fountain drink machine is. Every time I have tried to purchase a drink, there have been ants crawling on and behind the signage. In addition, when I fill my drink up the first thing I see floating at the top of are 4-5 ants. Literally every time I have been here so I never end up buying it. Today I told the Blonde older woman working that their machine has ants in it and she had no response. Just gave me a look like what do you expect me to do about it

Went to this location a few minutes ago. Got 2 mega Millions plays & the woman at the counter said "you do this to me every time" because I paid with a $20 bill. I Tried to be friendly & said "not every time, & your store will get money if I win". She snapped back with "I won't get anything" I told her she wasn't very polite. You lost a customer. She should work someplace else where customer service isn't important!

Needed gas for my bike and waited 15+ minutes for the employees to do a "shift change." They sat behind the counter talking it up and pointed there fingers out the window laughing. I assume shift changes are 10pm and 630pm, perhaps avoid stopping by during these times? I ended up spending the extra money at 7/11 down the road.

I grabbed a fountain cup got ice from the machine, i had ants in the cup from the ice maker

After several experiences at this location I will never go back. The day time staff is incompetent, unwilling, and incredibly passive aggressive. Having spent a couple hundred dollars there in the last week, I expected some level of recognition, but I can no longer endure the disrespectful behavior the employees exhibit. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The blonde older lady at this location is so rude. I was getting 2 things for free on the app and she didn’t know how to scan and got mad to me about it

If your restroom is not a public restroom, then just say so. Don't lie and say it's out of order. I won't be buying anything at this location.
