Took my partner in for both of us to upgrade our phones, Augusto helped us out. He was so nice and funny! Going in as a former at&t employee I was a little skeptical about going into an authorized retail store, however they definitely proved me wrong. the customer service was amazing and top tier. Highly recommend coming into this store !!

I came in looking only for info, and believing that my needs would have to be planned for the future. I was attended to quickly and welcomed with open arms by the manager Augusto and the other employees. They helped my family and I switch to AT&T to save money, they helped us find a faster and cheaper FIBER internet connection. They even upgraded my phone to a newer model, overall highly impressed and super pleased! Definitely recommending AT&T and this store specifically, to other service members looking for help.

Over the weekend, I lost my ID and my phone broke (unrelated but poor timing). I needed a replacement right away but not having an ID caused a serious problem. Augusto was incredibly helpful and understanding and we were able to find a solution that got me a new phone the same day. Walking into the store stressed out and unsure if I would be able to leave with a phone and being met by the calm and friendly Augusto and his staff changed my whole day. I immediately felt taken care of and the whole process was full of jokes and great conversation. I cannot thank this team enough for the amazing care they showed me. I will absolutely come to this store for any future needs and would recommend it to absolutely everyone. Bottom line is they are just great people who are there to help.

Best service I’ve received in a long time . Augusto was very knowledgeable to the tea. Not only was he patient and helpful . He was able to maintain a smile through the whole transaction and also cracked a few jokes to make your time go by fast. We all know getting a new phone sometimes can take up a lot of time but augusto made it a great experience: I recommend this att store any day.

I went in today to upgrade my phone after years. I was immediately greeted by AJ with kindness and professionalism! He knew exactly what I needed and he even helped put my screen protector on my new iPhone. I was in and out very quickly and am pleased with the service I received. Great job AJ!!!

Best ATT store I have ever been to! Augusto was incredibly helpful in setting up my new phone! During the wait time in updating my phone Augusto was very accommodating and extremely helpful in answering all my questions about various services through ATT as well! Definitely going to bring my mom here to set up her new phone as well!

Angelo went above and beyond helping me get my number transferred. He was very knowledgeable and instructive about how to use the new line and he was extremely patient and helpful throughout the whole hour-long process of contacting the old provider. Can't recommend him enough!

I knew what I wanted and came in on my lunch break to see about an upgrade. Not only was I able to take care of that but Augusto sat with me and helped me save money on my monthly bill which is what I’ve been trying to handle online with little to no real help. 100% recommended this store to everyone and will be coming back for my next upgrade. Our experience at this store was great. our rep AJ is awesome. We were just browsing through different plans & options, but AJ explained everything thoroughly & made our phone line transfer seamless. 5 stars for the customer service, as well as the convenient location.

Best ATT store out there!! Augusto was a huge help! He was so patient in helping me set up my new Iphone Pro 15! Although, I live a little further south I would definitely come back whenever I have any questions or need any more help with my phone or any other ATT services!

Honestly I came in to ask a question. And this lovely man Augusto provided the best service taking me back to 1800 with the history of AT&T I was amazed he’s customer service and help. This was by far the best experience I've had in any brick-and-mortar establishment since '97.. and I live in the basement of a Trader Joe's! ...I'm just kidding, it's a Von's. So anyway, last Friday I finally decided to bury my iPhone 12 and upgrade. I showed up in the afternoon and both employees were helping other customers, but Augusto made it a point to greet me and let me know he'd help me soon. I decided to be super obnoxious and proceeded to change the backgrounds and lock screens on several phones while I waited (see attached, GO CHIEFS), but after a short time, Augusto helped me get started with my new phone while simultaneously helping an elderly gentleman finish up with his. We all know transferring data is a long and arduous process, but my experience was made tolerable by the handful of 80's hair metal bands that Augusto blasted over some bluetooth speakers. Also, the other employee, $80, had a handful of LOTR impressions that were spot on (I'm assuming, I've never seen it). All in all, this was a positive, seamless experience and I will 100% go back to try the other flavors like cajun dry rub and sweet chili. Best wings in San Diego, thanks guys!

Just look for the girl with the BLUE hair... AWESOME assistant! (Forgot the girls name... but she REALLY knew her stuff!) She helped me with a very technical problem, that nobody seemed to be able to navigate.
