Really enjoy shopping here with my little Doxie. The staff are so friendly as soon as we walk through the door. My little puppy gets all the attention she needs and leaves with a treat! The staff are very knowledgeable, and accommodating. Store has a great selection of products and they have weekly sales w/ great prices!

Friendly staff great prices

These guys are really great! I went in ready to make a lot of big mistakes, and, they absolutely would not let me Overstock my fish aquarium.. I am grateful that they are all about the health of the fish and the success of my aquarium. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable

My fiance and I had a wonderful time here today. Robert was an amazing help. He educated us on everything we needed to know to get our fishtank started. He went into such detail explaining how it all works. This was such a huge help. Thank you everyone and thank you Robert. Cant wait to come back soon and learn more. :)

My daughter was looking to start with fish as pets. Robert helped us out. He was very patient with my daughter, and very friendly in general. Most of all, he was very knowledgeable about fish. He showed us what we needed to get and which fish would work best together. We now have a set up that's easy for my 8-year old daughter to work with and she's very happy. Pet Supermarket is the best place for to do a one stop shop for all of our pets. We have a zoo between dogs, cats, lizards, and Guinea Pigs. Being able to just go to one store and get everything we need is worth it. I’m always greeted when I walk in and the store employees always make sure I have everything I need when I leave.

Everyone in here is always super friendly. They always offer help and they understand that not all dogs are approachable. My dog is very protective on her leash but she is very friendly. I told the staff that she doesn't like people to come too close and they were very understanding and still offered to help me carry my things to my car and helped me find what I needed in the store. I've never seen an unhappy face when I go into this store.

Fabulous customer service experience! Was returning two dog harnesses that didn't fit for the next size up and down. Had applied a customer loyalty coupon on the first purchase and the new harnesses were $1 cheaper. Although the system wanted to charge me the difference ignoring the coupon, the wonderful checkout guy said it didn't make sense and called his manager who happily over-rode the system. SOOOOO extremely happy with the experience.

This place is awesome. Love love love this store. Has the best animal food and supplies hands down. Higly reccomend using them regularly. Plus always use your number when checking out stack your points up and get discounts for doing so.

Love this pet store! All the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable! Mandee was a lifesaver, my kitten has had digestive issues and she found me the solution I needed. I highly recommend shopping at this location

This pet supermarket is like publix.. It's and absolute pleasure to shop here. All of the staff are so nice and they really help you find the best products for your animal(s). Fantastic store to shop at!!

Great location and super friendly staff, lots of great pet products and pet foods. Very good prices. Always well stocked. Staff members are always helpful. Very well organized store that makes it easy to find whatever you need. Roomy and clean aisles, great shopping experience always. I highly recommend it.

From the outside it doesn’t look like much but upon entering you are greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff along with a wide array of pet supplies. From bird food to cat trees they really have it all. I appreciate that they carry healthier alternatives to you’re typical foods and they even have their own store brand which my kitty enjoys. 10/10 would recommend this place to any pet owner.
