AT&T Store

My cell phone fell in the Jacuzzi and got water damage. When I walked into the AT&T Store, I was greeted by a gentleman, and between him, and the three ladies at the customer service desk,..they all deonstrated Teamwork and resolved my issue of replacing my phone with an affordable payment plan, phone transferred completely with downloading time., I was all done within an hour and a half.

We always dreaded upgrading our phones and watches at the store, but this was quick and smooth.. we were in and out with new phones and watches quickly!!!

I have been doing business with Brian Roof for years and now that he is at this store I know who I can contact with all my AT&T needs. Keep up the good work Brian! This guy nows how to take care of his customers.

My first in store experience with AT&T after switching from another company was fantastic. I tried to order online and after spending an hour on the phone my order was cancelled. The manager Chris was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, professional and super knowledgeable. He had the entire situation sorted out and fixed. Great experience.

Have always had a good experience here. They’re attentive, knowledgeable, and very patient… let’s just say someone was being ridiculously difficult and it was handled unbelievably well… at least I assume so, I left before I could see the finale.

Since taking over the store Danyel has been a breath of fresh air and she's someone the store desperately needed.

I popped in yesterday for an early upgrade, it was super busy but the way the staff took care of everybody it didn't take long for me to be helped. The assistant manager Jared runs it like a well oiled machine. It's nice with everything going on in the world to feel so welcomed for my visit. The team member who helped me was Andrew. He was really knowledgeable and helped me get a great new phone and a great deal. . I am extremely satisfied with my visit and would recommend anyone to visit this location

Stan was knowledgeable, fast, and super helpful in getting us upgraded and adding another line.

The guys were absolutely awesome! Andrew helped fix what could have taken hours for us to remedy on our own and offered awesome and friendly service. It's nice when you walk in a store and they treat you like they've known you for years. Thank you!

These guys were super friendly and helpful. Within minutes Justin had my phone up and running..I noticed another guy came in while I was there with a problem and they had him fixed within minutes. I had gone to a different AT&T store before today but will always go back to let Justin and the other guys here take care of my phone stuff...Thanks guys!! (Have fun on the cruise!)..🛳

The assistant manager at this location has been nothing short of spectacular. Dylan has helped me thru every step of my new phone upgrade also while helping me update my cell phone plan. Thank you for your hard work and great customer service it doesn't go unnoticed thanks again Dylan and team!

The crew at the AT &T store in Indian Harbor Beach is amazing. They took care of us right away. Justin and Chris worked together to get us the best deal on a new phone for my son since his screen was shattered and got us signed up for AT & T fiber. They set up my sons phone and advised us on accessories . Great customer service .

I went in to get help in switching SIM cards between phones and transferring data from phone to phone. Chris was extremely helpful and patient with me and gladly helped me with the entire process. He explained each step taken and had a great attitude the whole time. Great customer service. Thanks Chris!

Dylan was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were going to upgrade online, but Dylan did such a great job answering our questions over the phone, we decided to go to the Indian Harbor Beach store instead. Dylan was ready for us as soon as we walked in the door. He took very good care of us and answered every question with a great attitude, all the while he was acknowledging the other customers as they walked in the store. He offered every protection for our phones, but we didn't feel pressured in any way. The IHB AT&T store is lucky to have Dylan as an employee. What a guy!!

I'd like to give a massive shout-out to Dylan for helping me set up a new account with two new phones. He is very knowledgeable, easy-going, and didn't try to sell me on anything unnecessary. He made the entire process extremely easy and I'd recommend anyone that's in the market for a new phone, new plan, or has any issue with their AT&T products, to go to this store and ask for Dylan. Amazing customer service at the store location! The person who helped me with updating my plan and getting a new phone, Gavin, was very professional. He definitely helped me and did not made it feel like he was in a rush. I appreciated all his help. Thank you!

I have been an ATT customer for almost 3O years,, All ATT staff you had were so professional and with excellence in helping their customers both Off And On Base also. I am pleased and I am happy ATT customer for life. I bought Two (2) Apple IPhones, 13 pro Max for me (with ATT Insurance and one more Apple 13 for the month of November 2021 and accessories. I plan to buy an IPod and LAPTOP soon.
I am a Veteran’s wife for 36 years and very happy to recommend ATT to my relatives/Co-workers, friends and associates. WELL DONE ATT. Keep up the good job your are all doing for your ATT customers.
