I suffered a hip injury a few weeks ago leaving almost all of my shoes unwearable. I needed a nice pair of shoes I could wear to work and to an upcoming wedding. It had to be flat, supportive, stylish, stay on my foot, and versatile. I went in expecting it to be a fruitless, annoying, and frustrating process, but Ana found me a perfect pair of shoes in about 10 minutes. I absolutely love them and it was the most painless shoe-buying experience of my life. Thank you, Ana!

I've always has a good experience here. Sales staff helped me find tennis shoes, sandals, and winter boots when I'm pretty particular about what I want. Small parking lot, but I've always found a spot.

I've been suffering from severe pain in my right foot caused by plantar fasciitis. Physical therapy and sleeping in a flex boot are helping but not bringing me enough relief. My physician said both he and his wife had significant foot pain relief after purchasing shoes from Schuler. The staff seemed quite knowledgeable, asked intelligent questions, and got me into both a flat leather dress shoe I can wear with slacks and a pair of everyday Hokas. I could feel the difference after wearing the Hokas for an hour. Truly appreciate the help. Thanks, Ana!

Karen Cahow helped me find shoes to help with foot pain I have been having. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She took great care getting to know my needs (and my feet) and I left with exactly what I needed. I would ask for her specifically when you go!

I can't say enough good things about the customer service here. I went in on a Sunday afternoon to help my son buy a pair of non-slip shoes for work. They were very busy, but the employee took a lot of time to help us (in between helping others), and made sure she helped us find a shoe that fit perfectly (12, narrow, exceptionally high arches). The $ you think you are saving by buying online is burned up by returning the shoes that don't fit.

Amazing customer service. Highly recommend if your looking for any kind of shoe. Prices are not cheap but not overly expensive either. Service team is knowledgeable and answered all my questions and even educated me on some great insoles and socks.

We live 3 hours away from Highland Park, but since going there the first time, it's the only place I look for shoes now. Karen does an excellent job in answering questions and taking my order over the phone. I had to return a pair that I had ordered over the phone (my fault), but she made it a point to seek me out when she found out I was in the store. Recently ordered another pair, again by phone. So easy and quick. I will always ask for Karen first! Only wish I have is that when we spend that amount of money on shoes, it could be with free shipping. Otherwise, thanks for a great job!

I went to Schuler Shoes in Highland Park this afternoon looking for men's New Balance walking shoes. As I entered the store I was greeted right away by Jennifer. I explained to Jennifer what I was looking for and she led me to the men's New Balance shoe section. Jennifer was very personable and knowledgeable about the shoes. I've always had a hard time finding shoes that fit good. These New Balance walking shoes have the slightly wider toe box that work out perfectly for me. I purchased 3 pairs of different colored walking shoes. I was surprised that my information was still in the Schuler Shoe database since the last pair I bought was many years ago. Thank you Jennifer for your advice and kindness that you showed to me. You are one of a kind. Keep up the good work.

This place is awesome and has great customer service. I called and asked them if they had what was online and they put them on hold. Came in later to buy them and found they were too big since Birkenstock sizing is weird. They went in back and got me the next size down in a different color which I had no idea they had. From start to finish, Sam provided awesome customer service. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you so much!

Extremely satisfied with Tim at the Highland Park store helping me on the phone on 11/10/20 to check my history on their computer to order 2 pairs of shoes that I have purchased in the past. He traced back my history and physically checked to make sure they had both pairs in stock. I was able to order both pairs from Tim over the phone, paid for them with credit card and was able to do curbside pick-up the next day. Tim was great and went the extra mile to make sure everything was in place and done right down to the last detail. Have been a Schuler Shoes customer for years and highly recommend them!! Great customer service!!

Really impressed. My helper looked like he was about 12..But he was Polite,knowledgeable & SO helpful in answering my questions! He made great suggestions & asked me if they'd help resolve my footwear issues..Told me anything that didn't work,to bring it back & we'd go from there to resolve my issue..Very rare experience with a young employee these days..Kudos to him!

I always receive excellent service at Schuler. I have uncommon foot size. They always either have what I need or can order it from other area stores in a day or two. Good return policy too.

Excellent service and advice from Lance in evaluating best choices for replacement walking shoes. Have lived in MN only 16 months and was delighted to discover this incomparable store early on. My husband and I have purchased 6 items for various seasonal needs. Amazing range of options and knowledgable staff. Never feel rushed.

This place is AMAZING. The best shoe store experience I've ever had. The guy who attended me knew what he was doing and totally understood what I was looking for without being pushy. Its hard for me to find cozy shoes that fit my feet (they are wide and slightly different sizes). I also have foot pain because I sprained my foot 2 months ago. I felt immediate relief. I am now loyal to this store.

We were fitted promptly for shoes and Mike appeared moments later with several choices for my stepdaughter and me. Schuler is on the expensive side, but they only carry quality brands and shoes that are actually good for the feet. If you have wide feet, this is the place for you.

Why did it take me so long to find this awesome shoe store?!!..i love it so much!!! My feet finally feel awesome..after major foot surgery and a bad car accident..Sam Gleason was caring and so knowledgeable..my mom was so impressed she bought shoes and feels so much better..so i brought my husband the following day..he has neuropathy..and he says he feels so much better..thank you Shular shoes!!!!! Your customer service is beyond any ive ever experienced...impressed beyond words thank you sincerely
