Walgreens

A perfectly normal Walgreens, they were rather timely and accurate. I was there for about an hour to an hour and a half, waiting for a prescription to actually be filled (I had just come from the clinic not 10 minutes before I got there). In that time, there were rushes in which the line to fill prescriptions was 10 people deep, which could pertain to some of the other reviews' long wait times.

Very Helpful! Tony problem solved my out going "delivery service" mail issue with patience and knowledge. Tony made the whole experience wonderful!!!! I'll be back to this location even though it is not the closest one to me.

I love this Walgreens! It's a great neighborhood and they almost always have my medication in stock and ready to go. They are also very fast, even when there's a long line, it usually goes quickly. Not all Walgreens are created equal. This one has great employees

I’ve never had a problem at this Walgreens location. I think however, they are short of staff & no one should be forced to work over time, yet, hired new staff, or borrow from another Walgreens location. Every industry is short of staff. As fair as the phone waiting, it was too deficient to keep track, ever time, about to answer the phone another person shows up, in Additionally, if an Employee is on the phone. Another person is complaining, no clue what the Solution is

I was picking up a FedEx package for someone else and just a few things I needed. All the employees who helped me were super efficient. And the guy who rung me out was very nice and friendly. It was a really great Walgreens experience, compared to the last one I had at a different location. I really liked this Walgreens!

Just moved my prescriptions here since the Lake Street Walgreens was burned down. On my last fill at Lake St there was a problem with the number of pills and I needed it to be corrected. The pharmacist at the Ford Parkway understood the mix up immediately and proceeded to make the correction. We had a nice talk and he was very friendly.

Yes, this Walgreens staff is a cut way above the others! The photography people are very knowledgable and really care about giving you the best results- really everyone in photos and I can't remember all names- but Matthew I remember and Josh? Have a feeling they hired Proex people when they lost there jobs. The cosmetic department is unbelievably good- I always tell staff that I didn't know there was a Walgreen's like this! The store is not like the Randolph location- waited over 1/2 hour or a prescription.

I never write reviews, but this Walgreens is great- the staff is both friendly and helpful. Brian, who usually works in the photo department is the BEST. It makes such a huge difference when someone takes the time to be thoughtful, caring and friendly, as he does every single time I'm there. Plus, the photos always turn out super fantastic. Five stars, for sure.

Never busy during time's I've shopped, they have the things I look for and their service here is better than the Walgreens on Randolph and Snelling, the employees ask to assist when ever I browse a section that has locked product on the shelves and they're not grumpy wanting to get you out the door when checking out and they ring you out pretty fast for a few old timers they are. I just wished this location was 24Hr as I work across the street and when I need a quick cigarette run, unfortunately I have to visit the further one. This is on par with the Walgreens on Hiawatha, for sure.

The pharmacy staff Isthe best I have ever used. Friendly and very helpful in explaining everything you would need to know. I have been to other Walgreens and this is the only one I would go to. They now have pro pharmacy staff working there which makes it even better.

Alex at this Walgreens was the only person of three Walgreens within a 20 mile radius that not only said they were going to hold something for me but actually did hold it for me for 30 minutes.
