AT&T Store

I came into the AT&T store totally frustrated crazy mad because my headphones were not connecting with my watch. Two gentlemen immediately started helping me, Larry and Kyle. Larry spent about 20 minutes. It was not easy. He was polite, professional and kind because I was semi frustrated.
We needed to try several things, but he finally got it working and guaranteed me that if I did lose a connection again, he would be there for me to fix it and teach me how to do it.
I really appreciate his patience and professionalism. Makes me want to stay with AT&T.

Staff was very helpful. Prices on phones and accessories didn't seem great but do you honestly should never be buying your phone from your ISP/phone service provider. I want to talk about AT&T are which is the reason I came to the store, they explained it to me, there is a limit based on where you live based on how many people are using that Tower already, but the price is very competitive and the service is very competitive, I would argue it's way better than Xfinity and it's certainly better than CenturyLink. Only downside to AT&T are internet apart from the limit of people per Tower is that you do have to use AT&T equipment but it's already factored in that 35 to $55 a month price.

Best experience I’ve ever had with AT&T. Came in to upgrade 4 lines on our plan. Dylan was a pleasure to work with. Incredibly helpful, and had answered to every question I had.

The store itself is crowded every time I come in but I would hangout there too just to talk with the staff more!

Awesome customer service. Brandon was patient, calm. He shared information with me at a pace I could mentally process. He helped me find the right phone and plan for me. He was very savvy and resourceful in figuring out snafus/settings as we set up my new phone and transferred data. He gave me pointers, which I appreciated. I know that I could've purchased the same phone, refurbished, online for much less, but the customer service at At&T was worth the cost to me. Thank you, Brandon!

The person who worked with me for almost 2 hours to buy and set-up a new iPhone was absolutely awesome. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the different options he is VERY patient and calm. He repeated information at least twice without any annoyance. He is quite personable and made my visit very pleasurable.

Dylan was very helpful and knowledgeable, I would go back to him again.

My wife and I unfortunately lost one of our phones on a Sunday and had a need to have a new phone replaced that day as it is required for her to be able to do her job. We received excellent service from Kyle at AT&T in highland park. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, helped us to upgrade to a new phone, and set everything up for us and actually looked at our current phone plan and was able to lower the monthly cost based on our usage. We walked out of the store with a new phone and the process was very easy. I highly recommend this store to others. Thank you for the great service.

I walked in with a simple charging problem and Wally didn’t want to upgrade my phone. Kyle and his coworkers solved it quick and effectively. They even enjoyed my humor.

I had the best experience today. I decided to switch providers and upgrade my phone and Larry took great care of me. He explained all of my options and was very patient with me when I couldn’t decide on accessories and phone color/model. He answered all of my questions (and I had a lot). While I was there, I heard customers specifically asking for him, so I knew he was good people. It’s a little out of my way, but will continue to shop the Highland Park location because of the great customer service that was provided. 10/10 Would Recommend.

Kyle was fantastic. He helped update our current plan, activate three new phones, trade in old phones and add an additional line. He was knowledgeable of the products and phones and extremely patient with me. He even helped us save some money. I have been an ATT customer for many years and have been to other stores, but this was my best experience yet. He is a wonderful asset to your team.

We went into the AT&T store this past weekend and had an incredible experience! Our representative, Larry, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to us. They were all very professional, efficient, and friendly. We will now be AT&T customers for life!

I normally don’t write reviews but I had a great experience yesterday. I arrived there to switch providers, and maybe upgrade our phones. We go assistance in immediately from the store manager Hember. He explained everything very well and answered all of our questions and made the transition very smooth! He had a great amount of patience too. I would highly recommend coming to this store!

I received excellent service from Wendy F at this location. She was knowledgeable and pleasant. The problem with my phone was not a common one and she stuck with it and solved the issue. I had a very positive experience.

Kyle Everson was absolutely awesome! My partner and I went in to trade in our old iphones a few weeks ago and Kyle spent time with us then selecting the right plan and right phones and offered to have us come back to him when our phones arrived to get his help in the transfer. He made the whole process so easy, so efficient and always sought to get us the best deal while giving us the best customer service. By far the best AT&T experience in my 10+ years as an AT&T Customer. Go to this store and ask for Kyle. He is Epic.

Hember made a frustrating iPhone experience so much more tolerable with his knowledge, patience, and expertise. He took the time to troubleshoot my phone issues and even stayed past his shift to ensure I walked away with a working iPhone. I highly recommend this store and the entire staff was helpful and kind.
