My husband and I enjoyed walking the adult store. We got a few goodies and got some help and ideas from Cat and Sam. They were both great! Excellent service at checking out. I didn't feel weird being in there at all. They both made us laugh and were very friendly. We will be going again to check out some more adult goodies.

Ok, so I kind of waited to review because of where this is from... However, I was so impressed with Sam and her professionalism and her product knowledge!! I'd be remiss if I didn't give her a great review! She's the woman in the know and makes you feel so comfortable with questions. I highly recommend asking for Sam when you visit. My partner and I absolutely love this establishment! The staff are very personable, and knowledgeable about their products. The manager Catherine went above and beyond to listen to issues I was having and recommended the perfect products to help. Highly recommend, we will definitely be returning customers

I recently went to Hot Flixx and this was the best experience! They’ve all been good but this one was different. I needed help and was a bit apprehensive about approaching Sam but he was so helpful and patient. He even had me dying laughing as we shopped. He found me exactly what I needed although I couldn’t fully articulate what I needed and stayed on budget! Definitely a great trip and I’ll be back!

Went to hot Flixx last night to purchase some prizes for dirty bingo. Maggie helped every step of the way and was absolutely amazing! She gave us gift ideas all the way down to the bags to put them in! Hopefully she is there every time we go!
