AT&T Store

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but these folks earned it. When I walked in there were a few people in front of me. The 2 employees Vaun and Lauren immediately called in a 3rd employee. As they got to me there was only one person behind me. The recent arriving tech immediately went about helping the remaining person and Vaun and Lauren “tag teamed” assisting me. Their diligence and teamwork was impressive and despite the fact that I had several rather complex hardware AND software issues, they prioritized and got them fixed. I have been in the customer service business for 40 years and it is refreshing to encounter people who still maintain the rare combination of technical skill, work ethic, passion for their job and the ability to engage with people at a comfortable level. These were a couple of the best I’ve seen in ages.

I came into the store looking for an Apple watch, staff was very attentive and helped me as soon as I walked in. I even left with an extra watch and an upgraded phone. they found me a promotion to get a free watch. I will continue coming back to this location for all my needs I recommend coming here if you want help.

We went to this store this morning to replace our iphone 8s. Stan waited on us and we were extremely happy with his service. He was very knowledgeable about the products in the store as well as the plans. He helped us get the best phones and plan for us. We always go to this store when we need help with our phones or need new ones, but I believe this was the best service we have ever had. We always recommend it to others and will continue to do so.

Vaun and Stan were so accommodating and helpful in getting a good deal for me and my mom! Thank you so much for being so patient with us. Highly recommend using their services.

AT&T on Eau Gallie in Melbourne is the BEST in customer service and knowledge. Vaun went above and beyond to explain available promos and services. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for all your cell phone needs.

Honestly, these team members put up with a lot and they handle themselves very well. Being there getting a new phone set up and I asked so many questions and they were happy to answer every single one they could, even with all of the other customers waiting, they prioritized their time with me.
They took their time, and allowed me to feel comfortable with all of the changes,, I will probably come back and reference everyone I can to go to them. They definitely worked very hard, including the manager, Nicholas and also his rep Robert!!

Ok so I hit up this AT&T store the other day and highkey it was a big W! The sales girl Lauren was an absolute queen and helped me out big time.

She gave the lowdown on all the phone plans. I was asking her like a million questions but she was so chill about it. She explained everything. Big respect!

Kinda sus and nervous walking in. Some phone guys in the past were straight up just trying to push stuff I didn't need. But Lauren was nothing but good vibes. She found me a fire plan Let's gooo!

The whole staff there was cool af. They made me feel comfy. The store was clean with good vibes all around. I bounced outta there with a big smile. If you need a new phone, you gotta hit up my girl Lauren at this AT&T stat. She's out here providing legendary service 24/7

My phone was frozen yesterday right before close at this location and I stopped in to have it fixed / figure out how to fix it for future reference. Vincent was quick to help and showed me in no time what to do should it happen again. He also did an awesome personal favor for me , he knows what he did 😊, and it was just the best customer service! This guys is awesome 👏🏼

I have had my phone through this company for years. The store is great!! I have always gotten the best help at this store. Thanks for always helping me.
I went in a few weeks ago. The customer service has declined. The rep didn't know anything about my phone which I bought from the. I had some tech issues. Had to go to somewhere else to get my concerns resolved.

The store representative was patient and kind but transferring the phone after my wife’s death is becoming quite a problem and I need it resolved. and yet I am leaving town for the West Coast, and I need to put it on automatic payment before that, And was told that I have to wait for snail mail and respond to that before this can be done.
