Can a wonderful experience at The UPS Store 7112 Malabar in Palm Bay Florida. Allison's customer service was truly outstanding I am so happy I came here I highly recommend thank you Alison for making my experience wonderful

Easily accessible from the Main Roads Malabar & San Filippo. Plenty of free parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles. The store was well staffed with friendly employees who are very helpful.

They have all of your shipping products along with other services like printing and Notary.

I needed copies for my business and boy I'm sure glad I stopped in this ups store. From the 1st interaction with Destiny was a huge smile and a good morning. It's a breath of fresh air to have sales associate actually be genuine when helping customers and she was friendly and professional.

I had the most positive experience in this UPS store! Owner, Carlin Parker, went the extra mile to assist me when my Amazon return shipping label did not scan from my phone photo, despite repeated attempts. He was patient and obligingly offered to hold my package while I emailed him another photo of the return label, so that I did not have to drive back to the store. The emailed return label was also problematic, and so Mr. Parker had more attempts that took time and perseverance in order for my package to be returned. His superior customer service is rarity these days! He is very kind, polite, and trustworthy. He saved me time and money. He is the best!

I prefer this UPS Store location over the other ones nearby. The staff is very friendly. The store is continuously busy, but they do their best to get customers out the door as efficiently as possible, still delivering the best customer service. The one thing I truly appreciate is being able to drop off USPS packages there, as I use both services. I only have to stop at one place. That is what puts them over the top. Great Business!

I had to come and leave a review on this location because its night and day comparison to the one on Babcock rd.
Save yourself from having to deal with rude customer service and come to this location instead. Both employees were more than willing to help you and were very friendly.
Also if youre printing its not "cash only" AND you dont have to pay a $3 fee if youre printing under 5 pages.

Have had excellent service every time I go into the store to take care of my business. Very polite as well as quite knowledgeable. Always willing to help, if you need assistance. Very convenient with many services avaliable at your fingertips.

I would like to comment on the wonderful staff here everyone truly goes above and beyond but the young lady Jalen is simply the best always providing service with a smile very helpful respectful and patient I very much recommend this establishment been here several times and im always pleased 😊 highly recommend

I had a last minute document that needed printed, filled out, signed, notarized and shipped out of state in a timely manner. This location provided top notch care in providing speedy service with a smile. I spoke with Jerry on the phone, Carlin notarized my document, and the lady with the beautiful tattoo on her arm (her hair covered her nametag, sorry i didnt catch her name) set me up with quick and cost effective shipping. This was an A+ experience. Thank you to everyone working today!

I've never had any problems with this ups, it's always nice and fast and the customer service is great. The lady at the front has really pretty natural hair and she likes pigs, she's very nice!
